yes i will be making more
but not many! mostly cause i want to laugh when the game uses certain riders in ways people weren't expecting

Yes okay, but at least they get a bit weaker than this. Some of those guys can win a monument/GT instantly
@Bikex Yes, they are. You can get nationality bonus, easier wildcard(Doesn't have to be the exact country I guess, a team from Malaysia would still get a easy wildcard for Beijing I guess...)
So just choose 1 or 2 sponsors(I advise 2 different countries) and a team nationality.
Smartest would be from a country that isn't already in the game(chosen), but that's just a small advise, and it's your choice, and you're allowed to ignore me

If you don't know what it has to look like, just take a look at the other HQ's

Team names and sponsors changed
I would recommend contacting someone like FroomeDogg who is associated with the game and can make jerseys (other members are equally good such as Jakstar).
Otherwise you are now all set and ready as new manager!
Finishing off the custom rider changes now in general. Only a few changes to be made and i'll say what in the custom rider thread.
Also still can't get the AXA and Sony Ericsson jerseys to work regardless of what i seem to do....

I got still one question what's about the season planning? Do I need to do a fitness schedule or something is there a limit of race days a rider can do?
I didn't find something about it yet...

I noticed a mistake in the database.
Magners has Bazzana in the team, which should be M. Garcia (page 63, post 1256, Draft thread)
@Bikex all riders have a race day limit of 60 race days. No fitness schedule.

There's a 60 day race limit.
The races will be raced in Single-race mode so you don't have to worry about neither fitness schedule or clashing races. for example the same rider is allowed to ride both Tirreno-Adriattico and Paris-Nice (though I think people in general will appreciate the most obvious "clashes" being kept at a minimum)
