Contador probably did that because of the whole chain incident and to win the fans back so he doesn't get boo'd in Paris. If it wasn't for that incident he would of loved to finish that off i think. |

Even without the chain I think Contador would be going into the time-trial 30 seconds down, and would win the tour anyway. |

I really, really, really, really, really, really want to trust Garmin...
But first CVV's big jump. Then Wiggo. Now Ryder 4th on Tourmalet... |

They are equal.
Except in TT. But I think Andy feels slightly confident that he is an improved time trialist. - But I think he knows he's not good enough.
There will be other tours.

But he was weaker this year, perhaps due to too many race days. Hopefully, Schleck will be a little bit better next year, Contador perhaps slightly worse.
Going to be interesting |

Great match. Andy and Alberto are equal this year. How about next year?

Next year Andy will have Frank and for once we will see how it goes when Contador has the 2nd best team. |

CVV never had a chance to ride for himself. Wiggo dropped 25 pounds, and Ryder also has never had a chance to ride for himself, and completely redid his training program before this year.
I know what you're saying, but there is still a little hope |

Leipheimer still hasn't crossed the goal line. However, both Horner, Klöden and Lance has. Somebody should have helped him. No help to him from his team mates. |

What about the team competition now? Wasn't Caisse better than Shack today? |

Sadly not. 3 Radioshack riders finished before any Caisse rider

their going for the team GC, so they couldn't afford to wait.
Also, Horner is now top 10 despite losing 4 minutes by waiting for Armstrong day 1.

The 3 Caisse finished right after Armstrong (the 3rd Radioshack).

Ha, yeah--that's why I want to trust them
Equally concerning for me is if it was s true they were so hotly pursuing hiring Contador last year. |
