I could give it a go if you have the psd file. Without it, its a time consuming process as I have to recreate the whole jersey.
But if you dont have the psd file, i can make you a new jersey, for which i can make the NC jerseys within minutes as i have my own preset nationa jersey templates...
And it would be great to celebrate my 950th post with a new jersey creation as this seems to be the only useful function i have when it comes to modifying pcm^^

Hey there, not sure if you're still working on PCM08-10 maillots, but if you are, I was wondering if you can do fantasy San Marino champion maillot? I'm not even sure if one exists to be honest, but it would be appreciated if you can make one!
If I had to choose the design, it would be similar to the Belgan champions maillot with the tri colour all over the jersey, but with the white on the top half and aqua on the bottom, the the coat of arms in the middle.

Cheers! I've just loaded it into the game, and I have to say, it looks very good to see the flag from above (You don't get to see much from the front on, but with normal view and helicopter mode, it looks great!
Dare I ask for a track version for it so we can hit the velodrome in team colours, please?
