To say Nibali is not a sprinting-type, is by the way not very smart either.
I would say go check his results on cq ranking.com from last years. You'll see. |

It looks like to me that most of Nibali's notable successes come from small groups (breaks) and time trials. Sprinting out of a break doesnt neccessarily mean you're a good sprinter, just maybe better than the other breakaway riders. Plus, if he really was the sprinting type, he'd win from the break, would he not?
I'd say he was a very good time trialist, very good all rounder, and a quality climber.

How would he, if Schleck was hanging in his wheel the entire last 2k?
Even Boogerd could win sprints in his career at moments where he did none of the work in the final kilometers

I wasn't meaning the ToC stage break, I was referring to his other results (top 10s from breaks).

Neither of them are sprinters, anyway.
The strongest rider on the day won. |

Clearly I meant Nibali, but you being you, you decided to ignore that. |

Oh my god he just accused Ruben of being himself. Everybody panic.
Relax people. especially you two antisocial stalinistic nuts. Enjoy life. And a soft drink.

Sorry but Ruben's comment gave me no choice but to start playing "poke the Ruben"
Oh dear, being the 'victim' of Ruben and Issoisso in quick succession. All I need now is for a pedantic to come along and point out a typo. Here, I'll even feed them a spelling mistaek.
