Indeed, another worthwhile result from Anton. It's too early to just open the champagne bottle of course but I'm starting to expect things again.

Vakoč with an incredible week, 2nd in Provence behind Voeckler and two classic wins, wohoo. Finally a real punchy talent in Czech cycling.
Both him and Alaphilippe are incredible talents for hilly classics in Etixx squad. The Etixx academy made some great job developing their talents.

Look at this. The next 2agan.
What btw. happened to Miguel Angel Lopez. Losing 35s today and drops back to 3rd in the GC! Must have punctured or something.

BTW this happened in Lugano. German cyclist Arnold Fiek crashed, fell off the bridge into the water 12 meters below. The pic was taken after he climbed back out, obviously. He got off with a few bruises here and there, but overall lucky not to get hurt worse.

Guardini also takes the last stage!
Reinhardt Janse Van Rensburg wins surprisingly the GC as I did not expect him to stay with the best on the climb. Bad luck for Miguel Angel Lopez of course that he lost the lead due to a puncture only.
And look at Goss. A rare top10 in a sprint finish for him.

Yeah he really does have that spark of winning mentality left, like he said in his interview... |

Skydive Dubai btw. with a big last stage. Both Mancebo and Santaromita improved 2 positions in the GC being 4th and 7th in the end as they were in the small sprinter group, that gained 4s today.
Biggest loser Harper from 4th to 6th and Brajkovic from 8th to 11th. |

Le Samyn this afternoon.
Not the best line-up. Gilbert, Terpstra & Alaphillipe only obvious standout names I noticed.
Any predictions? |

Not the best line up? I'd say those are some nice names for a 1.1 race..
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.
