Pro Loading Manager decided to take longer that you can hold your breath, just for the heck of it.

Big thanks to jdog for making this AMAZING userbar!
Thanks everyone, I know there's a bit of a lull at the moment with most of you waiting for the natural progression (which should be tomorrow) but it does mean a lot when you leave comments, even if they are a bit pointless .
@Miguel98, he was very close to getting a point (I'm assuming that's what you mean). But he wasn't quite there on the final stage and couldn't help the team, so not quite.
@jaxika, yep I'm clearly very good at TTT's. We won by miles
@mvhoogdalem, the winning has definitely slowed down recently, so at least it's not too bad.
@547984, I know, that wait was ridiculous. It's not normally that slow guys, I'm not running Windows 98
@MrTeamSky, thanks a lot. It must have taken you a whole day to catch up.
We have an exclusive interview with a Team Bunzl rider from Cycling Magazine this month:
Interviewer: How do you feel the team are progressing in their first year of competition?
Owen: Fantastic! That's the best word to use, we have shown ourselves to be a formidable force and gone on to achieve fantastic early success in our short time as a team. The wins have been flowing and the boys are training hard to keep up the success.
Interviewer: Given the slight lull in results last month, how are you expecting the team to fair in the coming few weeks?
Owen: Well the team know they can't always win but we have already showed that it's never to long before you see a Bunzl rider on top of the podium...Schroder was fantastic in Sarthe as were Cassidy and Gombocz winning the KOTM & Sprint Jersey respectively. But it's not just those...the team is like a well oiled machine at the moment and the likes of Da Silva, Gibson, Van Maxfield are the catalysts for success of others.
Interviewer: Your here for the Ardennes...how do you see this unfolding?
Owen: A win obviously...Ntanga has already picked up 2nd place on a stage, we dominated the TTT and I expect Bennett to wrap up the KOTM jersey. With myself and St Ledger destroying the field for our leader we expect nothing but first place from Ntanga.
Interviewer: And finally what are your goals for the next few races?
Owen: Given my strong climbing and decent hill ability I am really looking for my chance to shine as a leader now. I am improving my other skills and feel that I should at least be getting a look in to leading a race very soon...or at least go for another KOTM Jersey to add to my collection. I've done a lot of work for the team in the last two races and whilst I enjoy and appreciate the need to help others...I am a strong enough individual to be winning accolades myself!
Ntanga with great GC lead, all of our guys in the Top20 and 3 riders in the top 5.
There's still one stage to go, but it sure looks like Bunzl has conquered France and hissed its flag on the Tour Eiffel.

Sounds like Owen and Marc will be battling for KOM in races down the line
The team manager has released a press release in response to this:
"Owen Meek is a top lad but he needs to concentrate, Ntanga won the stage, he didn't finish second. And as for his own leadership chances, the mountains come later in the season and he will be given his chance just like everyone. Maybe even in Korea if he has a good day on the mountain stage. However, at the moment with his current skillset we feel Owen is better as a super-domestique than as a breakaway rider."
@kyanto, indeed it was. Yamada was clearly the driving force like a young Cancellara. taking long pulls on the front.
To everyone, the next video will be up in the next couple of hours and then at some point after that there will be a massive natural progression with over half of the team. Please try to be here as it would be nice to get all of the upgrades done today.
It's now time for the next natural progression day! This works similar to how it does in any career so when you reach a specific day, your stats will go up.
This one is for the third age group, which is the riders between 23 and 25. Over half of the team is in this category and they all get two points to apply to their attributes, and they can be used on whatever you want. It is independent from the performance points so you can increase the same stat again if you want but please try to remember just improving one stat will make you pretty useless.
The riders are:
Heikkinen
Saint Ledger
Schröder
Van Der Valde
Diepeveen
Cassidy
Smith (You have 4 points now, just 9 to go )
Mujagic
Bennett
Da Silva
Ntanga
Gibson
Rodriguez
Bauer
Varga
Kumano
Yep, that's pretty much everyone
As I said, both points can go on the same attribute if you wish but making a guy that's, for example, 80MO and 70HIL will be a bit stupid!
Plus, don't forget the performance points from the above video. Please check that aswell . Also, cio93, are you still there? I know you've had some catching up to do but I haven't heard from you in a while. Bauer still has a performance point in addition to these 2, please give me a sign that you're still following.

Thanks guys.
Also, van Maxfield still has a point from yesterday. Basically, there are about 20 guys with at least one point. Please read everything carefully, you might be pleasantly surprised!
Well, weirdly, Yamada is the only rider in the fourth age group so you get your own day . Though it's still quite a long way away unfortunately, but at least you're not as old as Bekele and van Maxfield!
You and Bakker are definitely leading the way in TT's at the moment.
