either Menchov cracks BIG TIME on a mountain stage, or we have our Vuelta winner.
of course, the rest of this Vuelta was designed to make it hard for a team to control the race. and with Rabobank's weak helpers here, who knows what can happen.

I never thought I'd say this about the Vuelta, but:
for once we don't have a bucketload of people with a chance of winning. either Menchov cracks like he did two years ago or it's going to get boring.

how hard was the last climb?
well, 2 minutes 30 is a lot of time for Sastre as there is another TT...
but if the climbs will be steeper I think Carlos has an adv. in the last weeks. |
