Stage 11
After 3 tough Pyrénées-stage, we leave the mountains on the French-Spanish border a bit. Still, 2 difficult climbs need to be climbed, the Col de Latrape and the Col d'Agnés. This transition stage is suited for adventurers.
48km to go
A 12-men breakaway with riders as Cancellara, Chavanel and Burghardt has been chased by our team and gets caught when the ascend of the Latrape begins. Immediately Rob Ruijgh attacks, and nobody even tries to counter. He arrives at the summit of the COl de Latrape with a margin of 4'30 to the peloton.
33km to go
Ruijgh finishes the ascend of the Col d'Agnés, and his margin to the peloton has increased to 7 minutes! When we see the peloton, it becomes clear why the margin has become this big: Movistar is leading the peloton, but at a pace that slow, that the locals grannies would have climbed faster....
Finish
But we don't mind, and especially Rob Ruijgh doesn't mind. Our Dutch climber claims his first win for the team in 3 and a half years, and it's a very important one: a Tour de France-stage!!
At 8'08, José JoaquÃn Rojas wins the sprint for the 2nd place, beating Matthew Goss and Marcel Kittel in a close sprint. No time changes!

What a win by Ruijgh. I think that the AI must be really a pussy in this Tour.

You know it's AI right?
And great win for Ruijgh, though it is bad that there are hardly any stages for sprinters |

@ all: Thanks. Really don't know what is going on with the AI here.... Nobody tried to counter Ruijgh, and no team tried to chase him. I don't mind, but..... strange.

Stage 12
The 12 stage is a typical transition stage between the Pyrénées and the Alps. Some hills in it, a flat part and the question if the breakaway will win, or it will become a mass sprint.
Finish
106 lazy riders of the 113, so the breakaway wins, again....
7 riders take a maximum margin of 15 minutes, when in the final 10km Pieter Weening and Stijn Devolder attack out of the BOTD. Devolder can continue his attack untill the finish and gives Vacansoleil the 2nd stage win in this Tour.
The peloton finishes at 12'07, with Marcel Kittel easily winning the sprint for 8th place, and José JoaquÃn Rojas taking over the lead in the points ranking.
(accidentaly deleted the finish screen).
