Keep going.
Then take it from mister "every jersey looks awesome" himself:
I think it's hideous |

Did you have a look at the jersey? It has Rabo colours (orange, blue, and white), and some weird shapes, supposed to make it trendy. Well...
It's just a cycling jersey, I'm sure you'll all find it pretty common past the first two or three races you'll have watched.
Talk to you again in five or six months. |

For me it looks just like every other Rabo jersey.

Some still unknown source is currently being 'interviewed' by the police in the Telekom 'scandal'. The 'source' is rider who rode for the team in 2003 and 2004. Supposedly, he has, under oath, declared that there was organized doping on Telekom, and that the management knew everything about it (Godefroot...).

Rin, it doesn't mean it was a rider who was at the team for ONLY those 2 years. Could be any rider who was there in both years.
I'm pretty damn sure it's Torsten Hiekmann |

Hiekmann ? Wasn't he caught with something ? Or am I confounding him with Baumann who stopped his career at a young age as he understood he could never break through without using dope ? |

Cancellara to CN: "My next big goal is winning Ronde van Vlaanderen, I consider it entirely possible that I would be able to win the five big one-day races during the course of my career and I feel that by losing a small amount of weight I could be ready to win in Flanders."
"I said a few years back that winning the Tour would be a dream come true for me. But I also sometimes dream of owning a small island in the Pacific and taking it easy - there's a world of difference from having dreams to setting yourself realistic goals to aim for. That doesn't mean I won't try one day to win the Tour, but that's not on my agenda right now."
Flanders was expected, LBL and Lombardy should be targets for next year. The Tour, I've already thought it was possible, very difficult off course, maybe in some years but he has the talent... |

I've always laughed about Cancellara's Tour dream. As he says himself, when he said it, it was mainly just a 'dream' - like when you dream about becoming a millionare. Many journalists have picked it up, though, and has said that it's his one and only goal.
I don't see it happening at all |

I completely agree, he isn't a great climber, and although he could certainly kill in the TT's and do well on some of the medium mountain stages, in the high mountains I think he would suffer too much. |

That's OUCH 'Sports Medical Center', co-founded by Landis' long-time 'personal physician'.
Perhaps Rock Racing will now have a rival in the buying doped rider stakes?

Bettini wasn't quite the most accomplished climber, and yet he won the Giro di Lombardia twice, so why not Cancellara? In a tactical race, I can see him winning it.
Of course, the TdF is out of question. Cancellara could make it through one, two, three hard climbs, but further than that he'd be slaughtered. |
