Noah finds a chair, takes a cup and fill it up. “What I was about to say was that it has been a difficult decision. I can see the benefits surely, but must admit I am a bit worried about focusing too much on stage races, when a part of me want to race on the cobbles.
Florian: Yes, I understand.
Noah: But to make a long story short, I will sign! Will be an interesting camp I’m sure.
Florian: Great!, Florian opens a drawer and hands Noah the paper to sign.
After Noah have added his signature Florian says: With this out of the picture, left look at next month races.

Florian: Next month we got the most important race of the entire season, Tour of Germany. I want you there, most likely playing a free role, maybe aiming for the KoM, anyway you are on the startlist.
We got no “ekstra bonus” in the race, but if we get any kind of result the prize money in a race like that should make it very interesting for all riders.
Besides that, you can choose between four one day races or a four days stage race.
At the classic we got some bonuses, as so often a little better in the U23 than in the adult races.
Bonus: Gran Premio Sportivi di Poggiana 1.2U
Win €500, Podium €250, Top 5 €200, Top 10 €100
Bonus: 1.2 races
Win €300, Podium €175, Top 5 €120, Top 10 €60
Florian: Alternatively you can race Cycling Tour of Szeklerland with a mix of relative short ITT’s and semi mountain stages.

Yacob Debesay from Akros - Excelsior – Thömus and Franck Bonnamour from Team Arkéa – Samsic form the morning breakaway, but they are caught early with more than 80 km left.
Instead we get a new group of three Lennert Teugels and Stijn De Bock both from Tarteletto – Isorex with Anthony Cuny from Jeunesse Chambery
Lotto - Kern Haus allocates Hermann Keller to the peloton paceline, having Joshua Huppertz as a top 5 favorite, the pack controls the race with ease.
Lotto - Kern Haus forms a train with Noah Takaima to open for Leslie Lührs and Joshua Huppertz.
Leslie loses Noah wheel a few hundred meters before they pass under the red kite. Too bad as Noah is in perfect position side by side with the other top sprinters..
Alexander Krieger Bike Aid wins the stage.
Noah best from Lotto - Kern Haus as 7th, Joshua and Leslie 14th and 15th.

Noah attacks to become part of todays 7 rider breakaway.
He mistimes the first KoM and comes 3rd, but win the next to become 2nd overall at the KoM leaderboard.
Markus Wildauer from Tirol - KTM Cycling Team wins the first KoM and takes the overnight KoM lead
The breakaway was caught with 44 km left.
The pace is high over the last very undulated part of the race, Team Lotto - Kern Haus only got Noah left to help Joshua in the sprint.
Noah first under the red kite with Joshua glued.
The stage was won by Youcef Reguigui Terengganu Inc - TSG Cycling Team
Joshua Huppertz 3rd.

Noah follows an attack by KoM leader Markus Wildauer and a few other riders, but this group was reeled in at the foot of the cat.2.
The original breakaway
A new acceleration by Noah with Franck Bonnamour from Team Arkéa – Samsic and this duo was allowed to get away.
Noah takes the cat.2 and will become overnight KoM leader.
The duo was reeled in right after the cat.4.
Lotto - Kern Haus set up a train with Frederik Raßmann to open for Leslie Lührs and Joshua Huppertz
Everything works perfect for the team today, Joshua Huppertz wins the stage and Leslie Lührs 4th.

Noah wake up this morning with a severe headache, but he will start today not to lose the KoM jersey, safe on his shoulders as long as he reach the finish line.
Anyway Lotto - Kern Haus send Frederik Raßmann into the breakaway, just to force others to work more and to be part of it, in case it all ends in a breakaway win.
Frederik Raßmann takes the first categorized climb
The breakaway is over. Hard crosswinds and a very technical finish with several sharp curves splits up the trains and we get a quite chaotic sprint.
Lotto - Kern Haus is present and we could see a result from Joshua Huppertz sitting in 9th position with 1.2 km left.
With a great finish from race leader Youcef Reguigui, he takes the 5th stage to further cement his race win.
Joshua Huppertz comes in 2nd and thereby takes the points classification.
As mentioned, Noah wins the King of Mountain jersey.

With the Tour de France currently airing, a lot of my passion for cycling has returned after this strange year 2020 and I just finished reading your story! Liked it a lot and am hoping to participate in shaping Noah's career!

A small update to the story, still expecting to run at slow'mo

21 years old Natalie Ehrhardt was born in the small town of Oberaudorf, in south Bavaria close to the Austrian border, where her parents was running a “Gasthof”, she is now living with a girlfriend at a small flat in Koblenz, studying Art History at University of Koblenz and Landau.

Noah met Natalie at a night out in town with teammates, got her number and soon they meet again, clearly having a great time together. Noah felt something but was not sure he would commit too much.

Option one: Noah continues and further build on the relationship, they become lovers.
Option two: Noah want to keep Natalie just as a friend, if she move it further than that, he will step back.

Editorial note about this vote:
If Noah has a lover (Natalie or someone else) it will always boost his support abilities maximum, from the moral effect of feeling good in general.
(max upgrade: +1 ACC, +1 STA, +1 RES, +1 REC, +1 BAR)
In case he ends a relationship, he will get a direct downgrade of skills (-1 STA, -1 RES, -1 REC) for a period of four months while he is morning the loss. As well as losing the support abilities maximum upgrade from having a lover. (this might happen if he transfers far away so perfect to break up before a winter pause, but the girls might break up as soon as he sigh)
Natalie will expect her lover to give her a dinner etc. having very little income herself.

Option two has no effects, things continues as it is now.
