Well, I think he means that you will mention that something irritated you -- and then Addy will respond "gulp", because it turns out it was him |

Rémi Di Gregorio abandoned today after a crash.
Xabier Zandio also didn't finish, I'd guess due to his crash the other day.
EDIT: broken collarbone. ouch.
Zabdio went over the nahdlebars. And yes, a very painful looking broken collarbone, although he didn't look to bad.
I didn't think Gregorio abandoned, I knew he got to the finish in last, so I assumed he would be ok for today

this is the only info I managed to get about him:
Rémy Di Gregorio (Française Des Jeux): "I didn't want to quit the Tour," said as he was heading to the medics." |

Remy Di Gregorio (FDJ) didn’t start stage five after fracturing his elbow in a fall early in stage four.
It's written on letour.fr
It's really shame, because Di Gregorio was my favourite on mountains jersey classification. But Gadret is still in there and that's good. |

break is slowly being reeled in by Discovery who have no one in the break, Caisse who aren't working much, and above all Liquigas for Pozzato who said earlier today that they'll try to force a sprint between a reduced group.
as for Voigt, he says CSC won't be seen in breaks before or during the Alps.
for the second week, he is designated breakaway-guy and for the third week, Stuart O'Grady.
also, Klöden has crashed violently. this can't be good. he's back with the peloton now, and seems okay, but....we never now.
Geoffroy Lequatre on the other hand seems like retiring.
also, Brett Lancaster retired earlier today. figures. he had been feeling like crap since the beginning

Bennati says he can't breathe, probably has a broken rib and as such will probably abandon tomorrow or saturday.
Freire says he should able to sprint again tomorrow or saturday. if not tomorrow, the next flat stage is wednesday. |

puncture. he's back on now.
the break hit the climb and now have over 2 minutes. the peloton are biding their time before (pherhaps) catching them. I'd like to see Gilbert in yellow, actually
EDIT: or even Chavanel. incredible it might seem, he's seventh on GC!!

yes, I doubt anyone else will get it. I'd really like to see him diversify and go after something else for a change. who knows...stages at the Vuelta?
(by the way, it's De La Fuente)
EDIT: actually, Rasmussen got 6, so only 30 behind.

Stupid Danish commentators.. A Gerolsteiner is dropped, and the commentator says: "Klöden?! Has he been dropped?" |

can't be worse than the portuguese guy.
I rave about how idiotic he is, but during the tour it's great, because they transmit for hours, with him + 2 other guys, one of them half french (a certain Olivier Bonamici) both of them great people, and today there's even a spanish woman journalist invited.
above all, I love it, because people keep e-mailing them (me too), and they keep discussing the e-mails, and people e-mail more on each others subjects, they read it out and again comment. we have a very nice community on the air, actually.
pretty cool
I just wish it was like that during the whole year, instead of everything but the tour being transmitted with just the idiot main commentator who doesn't know much, says a whole lot of stupid things, and never EVER admits he's wrong.
anyway, Sastre fell back for some reason, and is now getting back on.
Zabel also had a puncture. |

Steegmans dropped now.
weird spectacle with 7 guys from Milram + 7 CSC guys all chasing like mad together to get Sastre and Zabel back on the peloton. |

Vino crashes!! that's a very BIG bruise on his skin...
that is DEFINITELY going to hit his performance hard.
now all four top favorites have had problems and been dropped today at one time or another...
and the peloton has upped the pace considerably. |
