Gruden wants nothing to do with anything and has came out to the public saying that he does not want to be considered for any head coaching job.

Yeah, stick with him for next year, and draft the QB of their future behind him. Not that I care too much about the Bears, but it would have been interesting to see Cutler in the free agent market. |

Their record this year haven't warranted a full rebuild yet. Plus they did well enough with the amount of injuries on both sides of the ball.

LOL Bears is all I got to say. They could have franchised him, they could have sign McCown as he is the better QB, but no, they overpaid for an average QB.
At least the Ravens overpaid for an average QB that got them the SuperBowl, while the Bears didn't even made the playoffs. Also Cutler hasn't played a full season since 2009. |

Why would you say McCown is a better QB? Sure Cutler's contract is way overkill but he would've received a lot in free agency anyways.
