I think Andy has one more chance to get a good season. If he doesn't do pretty darn well next year then I have absolutely no more faith in him.
Who knows, maybe he might even... race some other race than the Ardennes-classics or the Tour *gasp*! Hey, don't they have that big race in Italy? Or maybe there's one in Spain? I've heard some rumours, but they are yet to be confirmed.
There's a fine line between "psychotherapist" and "psycho the rapist"

That's the Giro di Sardegna and the Vuelta a Andalucia, right? |

He accidentally found himself doing well in an Italian bike race, but that was an accident. To his defence, he had never ridden the Tour de France back then.
I bet he's got no idea about Spain, but there sure is a nice tour of discos there. It might be worth giving it another shot. |

i was thinking they could always be remembered as the biggest whingers in cycling....
then i remember Armstrong, Landis and the UCI...
The Schlecks will go down in history as nothing unless 2013 is a GT win AND an Ardennes win

Besides Giant, there are "multiple companies" that are interested in becoming the new sponsor of the former Rabobank team. source: https://nos.nl/aud...lling.html (Dutch interview with chairman Harold Knebel)

It's good that they find new sponsors. In times of economical crisis, that ain't too easy! |

Am I very naive if I think that Evans said he visited Ferrari like 10 years to prevent so-called investigators to make a fuss out of such a finding, and that he (Evans) really only wanted to ask Ferrari whether he's suited for road cycling? |

Wasn't he one of those men in black or was that never proven?

I don't think it's been proven for any of them. He was suspected to be one of those, and was asked if he was, then he started shouting (and crying ?) that he wasn't one, but I'm not sure that proves one thing, or the other. |

Some news regarding next year's Vuelta a España:
https://www.as.com...icic_1/Tes
Translation of the most interesting parts:
- It'll start with a TTT again, and it'll be longer, around 27km
- The TTT will start from a batea
- Hill top finish at Finisterre, with a previous pass over the Mirador de Ézaro (yep, that incredibly steep hill where Purito won this year)
- Hill top finish at Valdepeñas de Jaén
- Over 10 HTF+MTF
- Only one ITT *sigh*
- There will be one or two mountain descent finishes, possibly one of them after the Collado de las Sabinillas (why they aren't going all the way to the Collado de las Sabinas? who the hell knows)
- Possible MTF at the Puerto de Peñas Blancas (notice the finish would be where it says Pto. de Peñas Blancas, not at the top)
- One stage will include the circuit of the Ponferrada 2014 Worlds

Does it say how long the ITT might be?
Based on those speculations it seems it will be very much mountains. Only one ITT with so many top finishes seems to little, but to early to say since we don't have the profiles or the final route. |

Nope, it doesn't say anything about the length or profile of the ITT. I hope it's long enough to balance the route a bit.

Yes, hope for a long one. 50 km ITT would balance it out a bit, but even that seems a bit to little for that route. |

I really want that too
I hope he wins Vuelta and Lombardia. It's been a while since a rider won a monument and a GT in same year! |

Well for one thing, Wiggins won't be going for the Giro-Vuelta double like people have suggested with that news on the Vuelta route. |

Just the Giro then, unless he helps Froome at the TDF
and if i was Sky id leave wiggins to win a few smaller stage races instead
