Millar's said that he may not wear the leader's jersey today, as a sign of respect, as the race isn't nearly as important as the life they've lost.
It's admirable that they've continued to race, though considering I'm still in a state of shock and sadness whenever I see anything about Weylandt, it's impossible to imagine what's going through all of the riders' heads. They must all be overcome with grief.

I was merely going by what I read; hadn't seen anything further than that. It's a shame he didn't keep to his word though. Would have been a nice touch of respect, as if saying that the attention shouldn't be anywhere other than with Wouter.

He already said yesterday that he was thinking not to wear it but in the end he decided to wear the jersey to honour Weylandt. |

Maybe Weylandt will be buried in Italy on the rest day with the whole peloton in attendance? |

I wouldn't think so. His familiy would most likely want him to be buried back in Belgium. I could be wrong, but under all circumstances, the families' wishes should be honored. |

I think they should race the stage and the winner (and everyone else for that matter) should point their hands to the sky in honour of Weylandt. |

The race really doesn't matter. It's a family thing now, he will more than likely be laid to rest in Belgium, where family can visit him.

As my dad just said, he's probably going to ride the Tour of Heaven up there.

Since this is a relatively flat stage the peloton won't have any problems staying as one group, but what do you think they would have done if this had been a mountain stage? Would the main contenders ride as one group and not gain time on eachother or would everyone wait for riders like Cavendish to get to the finish? |

And then bam! Some riders just fell. Straight road, no descent, slow pace. No one injured, fortunately. |

I think you could answer your question using some common sense.

I said I wasn't going to watch, but as today came, I found myself drawn to the coverage.
Very beautiful and fitting tribute. |

Very, very moving stage. The close-up of Farrar crying were too much, though. |
