Hey guys, ive just got back of holiday actually. Went to watch the racing In Gent, the Gent 6 Day. It tell you what! It was the best track racing i have ever seen! It was like Revo X 10 for the Brits. I could talk for hours about it, Iljo Keisse and Robert Bartko won the event ahead of the World Champions (Madison of Course).
Cavendish and Wiggins did fairly well but were definatly not going to win the race, saying that the did win a few races On the second night i was there we where sat in the home straight and we got 2 flowers! lol Brilliant Weekend great music great atomsphere, i hope i can go next year
Here in the US we got 1 hour of coverage for the Vuelta (all the stages) and 1 hour for Tour du Faso (all stages) and I have to say Tour Du Faso was by far the more exciting race.
I posted an article earlier that said that more people were interested in Faso than Spain
"I love him, I think he's great. He's transformed the sport in so many ways. Every person in cycling has benefitted from Lance Armstrong, perhaps not financially but in some sense" - Bradley Wiggins on Lance Armstrong
