Nicolas Portal's season is over and his career is in danger. Cardiac Arrhythmia.
Tennis, one of the sports in which Fuentes claims to have had quite a few patients, say that there will be no CERA testing at Roland Garros because "there's no need. tennis players don't use CERA". Right. Games last for several hours, but players don't use what is by far the most effective performance enhancer for endurance sports.
Go tell that one to a wooden horse and he might just kick you.

Ulalala Bernhard Kohl was on a german tv show (where the host invites some known people and ask them about their life etc.)
Remarkable was the question about Gerolsteiner, the host asked if the team doctor was involved in doping questions "No Comment" was Kohls answer, he said that "if the doctor could sum-up 1+1 he would know that this effort on the Tour wasn´t clean"
About the vienna bloodbank there were definetly athletes from other sports (track and field, triathlon etc.) "at winter the sommer athletes came and in the sommer the winter athletes came" he said that he saw international sport athletes so it´s not just cycling
The blood doping at the vienna blood bank : He came 8:00 to a McDonalds there he was fetched up by someone of the blood bank and it last 1 hour and the next athletes came in there
The blood bank destroyed the blood bags after the Torino 2006 olympics
Also Kohl said that he bought the blood centrifuge (after the vienna blood bank wasn´t there) with 2 other guys and give it to Matschiner, Kohl said that Matschiner gave the blood centrifuge to other people which used them
Kohl said that "you can´t win without doping, nothing"
Very interesting was that he began with 19 and he said that he had 200 doping tests and just 1 was positive
The doping controls should be more intensive because "when you injected 500 units of EPO at 20:00, you are negative already at 8:00 in the morning"
He used blood doping during the Tour 3 times he had 2l blood and splitted it to 4 500ml
He became CERA from another sport athlete (Kohl said that he can´t name the athlete now but the austrian police know the name)
Now I see that the ARD has it in their database
The Dietz interview (which rolled the T-Mobile doping up) isn´t still available there
Kohl had a ugly beard over his mouth looked like "woops forgot something"
https://mediathek.daserste.de/daserste...&show=
You could try it but I think that it won´t be available for you

Can I get a link to some official announcement? I would like to see some reaction from czech press to this statement... |

Quite puzzling really, when all I posted was "Kohl said X and Y" as a response to someone who asked "what did kohl say?"

bad luck. I am really annoyed when I read in czech press that all cyclists are dopers and how tennis, football or ice hockey are clean sports where isn´t any need to dope...

"I had the blood passport for a year and a half, and my blood values were A-1. That's why I got my super contract with Silence-Lotto."
(...)
Kohl said that Silence-Lotto "saw my blood values and said, 'wow, he does that well!' Because they know that you don't finish third in the Tour simply from bread and water, that the medical aspect has to be there, too. They said, 'he's no risk, we can spend a lot of money on him.'"
According to Kohl, Lotto's anything but clean.
Also, water is wet.

As propably you all read at cyclingnews...
Valverde takes legal action
Alejandro Valverde (Caisse d'Epargne) has taken legal action against members of the Italian Olympic Committee (CONI) as well as the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). After receiving a two-year ban by the Italian anti-doping tribunal on May 11, Valverde's lawyers argue that the suspension was delivered in disobedience of Spanish law.
In a press release, Valverde informed that "separate legal and penal proceedings were taken before the Spanish courts against the members of the National Anti Doping National Court (TNA) of the CONI (...) and aganist the World Anti-Doping Agency for possible offences of disobedience to the Spanish judicial authorities." The two-year ban on Italian soil could prevent Valverde from racing the Tour de France, which passes through the country this year.
"These institutions continue to behave with total contempt towards the Spanish judicial authorities, refusing to obey the decisions of the Court of Instruction Nr. 31 of Madrid, which prevent from using the evidence of the penal procedure against sportsmen," the press release continued.
Valverde also made known that he is suing the Italian Olympic Committee's head prosecutor, Ettore Torri, as well as Jesper Worre, President of the Danish Cycling Federation, for damages. Worre had said that the Spaniard was not welcome at the Tour of Denmark.
Oh my god It looks like spanish authorities will have really abd nights - to ban his beloved rider or go to war against italians what can lead to banning all their stars... |
