You guys are a serious joke some times... it really pisses me off how the arrogance of some people time after time feel the need to peel the people asking a serious question. If you haven't done any sort of planning I really think you should start with that next season. Have some movable deadlines, for your own sake, so you have an idea on how to progress things, and atleast give people a reasonable answer instead of this constant bullying. It is 2 questions that hasn't been asked since a certain manager was kicked out. I really think you should start considering that not all people are of the same thoughts, me fx. I don't have much time after the 20th of this month so I'm asking simply not to uphold you whenever we get to another upholding perspective.
And I'm rather sure Alexis asked for a reason aswell, whatever that might be... the answers, however are made to an extent where you A) Defend yourself by retrospecting the answer or B) Just don't know anything
Try option C) Giving the best possible answer withing your knowledge or option D) Ignore the question if you are to ignorant to answer in any respectful manor...

And you don;t think the un-fixed date is there to ensure that people like you who are away from the 20th arent overlooked?
Why put a date on something thats run on a volunteer basis? The guys who do the WHOLE admin side have a LOT of work to do. I don't think guys like YOU FOR EXAMPLE really understand what goes into the whole process. Maybe if you did you'd be more patient and just let things progress at the speed they do.

I quite do yes, as I have been in charge of 3 games run like this, I think CrueTrue can opt for that...
I do know that it's hard work, and I have never shown my disrespect towards that... My disrespect goes towards the attitude of answering, not the fact that it CAN NOT be answered, but that it's answered in bullying other people who asks a serious question... |

Alexis asked when the racing would start. I answered. With a serious answer. July.
He asked again, and again. What did he expect? He's almost as annoying as you.
EDIT: If you are that serious about giving "respectful" answers, why aren't you respectful as well?
Plus, if you want it to speed up, get involved, pull your finger out your arse and offer to help.

1) He's as annoying as me - You decide to go bashing 2 people in one, with what reason?
2) I don't think you responded in a respectful manor, thus how should I?
3) Several times have I offered my help, just yesterday did I upload a complete updated Database, that I did last year, among with asking Crommy if I could help with anything + making a 5 paged intro towards the teams. So come again with the finger? |

I am being serious about July. That is when I expect the first race to happen.
You should respond respectfully because that is the point you are trying to make, not me. I'm not going for respect, because in my eyes, people have to earn it, or should I say, not lose it.
Great, you are offering to help. What do you want, a cookie?

End of discussion.
As to the progress:
Nope, the race planner is not ready yet, as firstly, race days have not been sorted out yet, and secondly, i'm currently trying to improve it to make creating startlists easier for me and SN

That's what I'm doing to Ben Hermans. Make him an ok leader then for some CT races.
I would imagine there might be limits to the training however. But I'm not sure.
Obviously there are age limits (ie older than 32 and no training).

Not team training either? Cause I can't see that of the text...
Also another small question... If I train my entire team, I suppose the riders I have away on loan won't become any better... But how about the riders I loaned to my team? Will they get better from my Team training? |

A loaned rider can only take part in Personal Training - not Group or Team Training.
