Congratulations Ballan I'd have preferred someone else, but oh well.

I have to say though. Congratulations Bettini. Celebrating his Career and his Teammates win. For a moment nobody (not even isso) can call him an ass. |

Good to see a world champion at the classics also at cobble races
Good win of Ballan
But it seems that the others done nothing because of Denmark had 2 riders and both were tired so maybe they give for 50% the title away
This win is deserved because Ballan did much |

Absolutely marvelous performance form Ballan. He was launching so many attacks on Ronchi for his team mates. Unbelievable he still could even be there, alone launching that attack!
When will Joaquin Rodriguez be let to ride for himself once?
Others who impressed : Breschel, Grivko, Pfannberger ,Lövkvist.
Belgians messed up great time. They let the breakaway go as they believed in their chances with Avermaet and then he is blown on Ronchi last time up.
French were NOWHERE to be found in the end... |

Grande Gesink! He actually attacked in the final lap on the first climb. Who would have ever guessed that |

I'm happy with Ballan as WC. finally someone who tends to attack a lot
still, it's a shame Bettini, Freire and co didnt do anything in the end... |

Congratz to Ballan and the entire Italian squad, what a race by themB)
I was a bit sad at the end though when Bettini and Zabel came in for the last time, but at least we have many great memories from both |
