True! Sagan showed what a good teammate does and gave Contador his bike, Majka does a half arsed attempt at being a Domestique
He got no info on the radio. Stop being unreasonable.
I'm not so much talking about today but on what I've seen, he does some work for Contador but doesn't come across that he is all in for his team leader
I agree with you here. He has not been what he, as Malkael mentioned, once was. But I think we can all agree that Majka would have given his bicycle if he was beside Contador when he crashed.
Haha yeah fair enough

Cuz Lance was right-how could he win if he was the only one who didn't dope. Froome doesn't have a doped concurrence, at least not currently at this race. I even think he was so bad last year cuz he thought he could go without doping seeing how strong he was the previous year. When he saw how weak he was, he started doping again in the Dauphine but fell. I believe the truth will come forward in 10 years just like with US Postal. But it would be even better if he lost to someone so that they wouldn't have to change the winner afterwards.
You don't actually believe half that rubbish do you?
I'm only saying that if Sky were squeaky clean they wouldn't hide anything like the other teams. Marginal gains sounds more rubbish to me than this. As for Lance he is arrogant and an awful personality but the whole peleton was doping then so yeah. Froome just looks too strong atm to be clean. More suspicious to me is how he suffered on climbs but suddenly starts blowing Contador, Nibali and Valverde on the climbs. |

These last couple of stages MTN - Qhubeka have been sneakily digging away at Movistar's lead in the Best Team competition, today's gains weren't as impressive as Stage 16 to Gap but they still made up a solid three or so minutes.
Movistar are going to be in for some fun times over the next three days if MTN - Qhubeka keep pulling off this 'three riders in the break' routine, they do take pride in being the best overall team.

For once i am cheering for Frrome.
Quintana go home you are drunk and are never going to win a Grand Tour when froome is there.
I wonder whats been going on between Valverde/moviestar and Contador, they really do not seem to like each other.
What? So Quintana should try? Also Valverde and Contador have never got along
Not sure what you wanted to say there.... Quintana should of course try but he is still a incredibly dumb rider when it comes to race-strategy.
And ya i know Valverde and Contador never have been friends, but this kind of hatred between them is not something i recall. Driving the stake in when he crashes when he isent really a threat and moviestar using their team to ride him in when he attacked, instead of using it to attack Froome.
Are you sure they've never been friends? I recall times when they seemed to work together to put time in other riders.
And about Valverde "attacking" Contador, this is one of those things. It happened on a descent, and if the yellow jersey isn't going to slow up, theres really no point in waiting for Contador or they all risk losing time and not having a shot at winning the Tour. We probably wont find out if there was any sort of discussion about waiting for Conta and tbh, this has happened way too many times to Valverde for me to feel sorry.

When the main group doesnt want to race, a team like MTN deserves the team title. |

Watching Quintana shake hands with Froome after the stage was a nice bit of sportsmanship |

Another crash Contador, dude may be the truest bike racer out there but ever since Tour last year, he has been really prone to going down. Especially in Spring campaign he had several crashes. Then the Giro crashes. And now this. He has become spanish Daniel Martin by now sorta. He needs to get a grip of this stuff if he wants to challenge for Tour victory next year..
May watch the stage tomorrow in full, for now I am happy with Valv's showing. For Contador a Tour podium means little but for Valverde it'd be amazing.

Talking of which here's a video of it (note it doesn't actually catch the moment of the crash just the immediate aftermath).
