It's rather embarrasing that you have the urge to ridicule such decisions of the peloton or the race organization by claiming it's "pussy racing".
So what, you have to urge to tell me this. Everybody have some

Quintana only got that lead by a fault of the giro leadership.
Its insane that a misinformation from the giro Leaders can have such a impact on who is going to win giroen.
This cycling now went from great to epic failure and Quintana is a unworthy winner. |

Well if that was the case then most descents woud be neutralized, remeber that riders have died or been injured on rather "easy" roads.
Sure they did. What I meant is if they are descending/riding in extreme conditions safet should always come before the sport I can't remember for example anyone raging on Turkey organisers for cancelling the racing in bad weather/slippery tarmac conditions. They were praised in fact - by Cav for example.
But that should be on riders to decide. If there is single rider that wants to take risks, stopping him from it is unfair.

First of all, how about you ride over 2 massive climbs like they have today, 200+km in barely (and maybe not even) above freezing temperatures and then come and tell me that the riders are pussies.

I wouldn't be too sure about that Uran thought the race was neutralised. If Quintane knew it wasn't why should Uran not? |
