Finally, new jerseys. That's the silver lining about Rabobank pulling the plug Pfft
No offence but those jerseys were spit-ugly and old Grin

Well... doesn't look that bad in my opinion...

whitejersey
Well I actually liked it Smile

I loved the Rabo-jersey! Hopefully they won't go for something so mind-numbingly boring as Sky, Shack, etc... have done.

Does anyone find it weird that in the statement from Rabobank, they put a lot of the blame on the UCI for them pulling out of their contract, where there is a fair amount of whispering that Rabobank was full of dopers over the years?

Levi, Menchov, Boogard, Rasmussen, etc

Seems a bit like the pot calling the kettle black. Am I wrong?

Probability is very high that Giant will take over from Rabobank now.

And according to Kerckhoffs there is already a Dutch multinational interested in taking over the team.

But Rabobank don't give a shit that their team was doping. Or that other riders were doping. That's the PR statement. The thing is that there's only so much shit a sponsor can accept to be linked with, and for Rabobank it has crossed the line.

ABridgeTooFar
Agreed. I remember they threatened to pull their sponsorship back in 1999 when Eric Dekker failed a hemocrat test.

Now that the truth is coming out about Lance and US Postal, I just find it hard to stomach that other teams/sponsors/riders are trying to act like they had nothing to do with it or were associated with it. It is hard to stay clean in a mud fight when you are standing in the mud pit.

He is a legend but not really known to a lot of people/riders. When I went to the tour in 2011 and cycled Alpe D'Huez to watch the cyclists, Ten Dam was the whole time putting his hands in the air to make the crowd gone wild, Everyone was like who is this guy, he brings good sphere. The guy who cycled next to him (I think it was Loosli) Lmfao'd the whole climb. He's a top class legend Smile

Yeah? Would be nice...
Then there would still be 3 dutch WT teams Smile
I guess they didn't mention which one?

I noticed. I'd also wouldn't be surprised at all if that or something like it ended up being the jersey.

Ian Butler
I wouldn't mind, it's better than the current jersey (I really hate that Pfft)

I just hope the next jersey isn't just one color (like the photoshopped one)

Seriously? This world. *facepalm*

Deadpool
I just think he's worried about getting caught sneaking his sons' doping products around Pfft

CountArach
Well judging by Andy's CQ graph he seems like he has already peaked. Time for retirement!
