No time bonuses. Thor just has to avoid crashes
Alright. They are probably moving to Farrar then, unless they want Hushovd to take points for the green... He's a good bet for that once Paris comes.
He's not. With the new points system I can't see past Cavendish for green.
How come? Imo the new system is much better for Thor. He should be able to survive far tougher stages for grabbing halfways points. Cavendish will get those at the finish.

Wonder how Garmin will ride in the sprint tomorrow.
For Farrar I'd imagine, it's a Farrar stage. Hushovd isn't the sprinter he was. He can still take green. Hushovd in green is very realistic in Paris.
Yeah i agree 100% with you. But Hushovd got a "head-start" on Cav now, and he rides the mountains better then both Farrar and Cav. So im twisted on how they will ride.
The intermediate sprint yesterday says it all. Youre only twisted because youre Norwegian

I'd imagine Hushovd for intermediate sprints, Farrar for the stages.

And it seems Navardauskas was dropped by Garmin, so Geraint Thomas keeps White

I don't think he'll win the green jersey. He's just too weak in the sprints. |

He ain't that weak. He still got top 5 legs, and he rides the mountains very good.

I belive so, but im Norwegian so my opinions don't count eh? hehe.
But Hushovd will be the lead-out man for Farrar it looks like.

But are there too many of those?
I could see him finish top 10-15 on stage 4 in order to fight for his yellow. No chance he will keep it, but he might give it his all...

If Hushovd is leadout man then he'll probably sprint for grabs himself aswell... I though Dean would be the leadout man.

He didnt have Top-5 sprint legs last year. Why should he this year, when he also has Farrar in the team?

Because he is in better shape then what he has been in the last 2-3 years. But as you say, he got Farrar on the team so he is doomed to be lead-out. Or at least it looks like that. Since Farrar is in the same leauge as Cav and the Italian stalion.

Top 5 sprinter? I don't think so. He has lost some of his top-end speed and is too inconsistent. |

Great ride by Garmin, they deserved the win. I absolutely love the feed from versus on TSN. HD pictures are stunning and never looked better. |

Expected Liquigas to do a bit better than that - usually do alright in the TTT. Few teams above them I woudn't have expected. |
