the lotto thing is denied by lotto, they got rid of mcewen so they could focus their tour team solely on Evans + they say they dont have the money to pay Petacchi and that Petacchi requires a sprint train which they dont have & dont want in their tour team |

He added that he's leaning towards Lotto due to the better financial terms.
Is this bye bye Boonen?

3 week load for the Tour. Not a permanent transfer

I know but if Boonen is gonna ride the tour (most likely since we haven't heard anything from ASO or UCI on a ban), why would they need Petacchi?

Boonen's not riding. We've heard that both from QuickStep and from ASO.

Quick, make that UCI hearing soon. Let's get him banned for a while. Then he can't go

Better than getting the "it's been mentioned" comment... well maybe it's not but I tend to believe so

Kohl has announced that he'll hold a press conference on Monday. Supposedly, he'll give more details about Matschiner and his own doping. |

Boonen hasnt done anything illigal in the cycling, becuase cocian is only illigal in competitions, and he got tested outside competitions.
But that doesnt mean he wont be in prison at the time |

UCI has called a hearing, and Boonen might be suspended for having harmed the sport's reputation. |

In other news, Dekker has decided to ride the Tour of Belgium, with GC aspirations. My my how ambitions, the Tour of Belgium, with great starters like uhm... Bert de Waele?
My god If he starts in these races to at least win something, then it's bad. |

Wegelius says he left Liquigas because they didn't allow his fiancee to be with him at the races. At Lotto that's allowed.
Now I know why they're too tired to win this season.

and why Wegelius complained about back pains
Lefevere admitted that he talked to Petacchi's agent, but says Petacchi is too expensive so he wont be going to the tour with QS(unless he lowers his demands considerably) |

This is what fans refuse to acknowledge, even though it's very obviously true.
The former Gerolsteiner rider acknowledged, "I have voluntarily doped – in a system in which you can't win without doping. Talent, training and iron discipline just aren't enough at some point. Doping becomes the rule. A clean sport is unfortunately an exception."
On a lighter note, Kohl's codename at the doping lab was "Shrek".

Kohl also said something else that is tremendously obvious, but fans refuse to believe:
You have to deny you doped. If you admit it and name people, you'll never get a contract when you come back.

The question is: Did he bring any new information (except the things about himself)? |
