Actually, when I started a quick new career with a fresh install, I chose the pcmdaily. version in options. I can get past the TDU again in that.

Are there more youth races included in this version?

No, we had planned to add them, but it didn't happen until late in the process - and after we had added them, it crashed. So instead of using a lot of resources on tracking down what caused the crash, we took them out. Planned for the V3. |

Hi, don't know if you answer this question before, but I wanted to know how i can buy the official equipment of a team in career mode, because i can't select the right equipment (f.e silence-lotto's equipment). |

Thanks a lot CT.
Another question, i've just seen that some 09 stages were made, can i replace the 08stages in the pcmdaily09 by those new ones (with the correct names etc etc), without having troubles ?.
EDIT : I just saw the answer

As you've probably figured by now, you will have to make some changes to STA_race and STA_stage to make it work properly |

yes, i know but i thougt that now only a few races are pro tour races but in this db the old pro tour ranking of 2007 is used: PT: tour down under, paris nizza, tirrene adriatice, milan sanremo, usw.
but 2009 it is like this: tour dwon under, Ronde van Vlaanderen / Tour des Flandres , usw and no grande tours
and i thought this db will have this feature
so i would like to if install the db wrong or is this not fixed ? |

Not really true. The World Ranking, which is the one that the DB is based on, includes the Grand Tours and all the other important races. |

Question: Why does the DB come with a fantasy profile for MSR as the default course?

It has nothing to do with the one you gave me. You gave me the exact one that comes with the db. v_s_top_milano_sanremo.xml or something like that.

It's the one by default when you install the daily db....and it's a made up fantasy profile. Features a made up, murderously steep climb in place of the Poggio and the Cipressa.

What I meant was that's the profile that cames up in the second year of playing with the default DB that cames up with the game, the Cya one.

Oh that. Yeah, I know. But why is it used?
I can understand using either the normal real life San Remo profile, or the alternative real life one that is being used in 2008 and 2009 due to roadwork on the regular course. But why use the fantasy one? :\
