I'm guessing here I don't trust Goubert one single minute, but I'd rather say Valjavec instead. And Voigt instead of O'Grady.
Don't know about Siutsou, I just hope it's not Cavendish...
The rest seems logical. Would be a kick in Daamsgard's (sp?) butt and program.
The probability it's Cavendish is zero. I can confidently say that, and rest assured no one has ever tested positive that has made me go "I never saw this guy coming". Cavendish is one of the many I'm sure is not on CERA.
Anyway, why the hell would a sprinter need drugs for anaerobic efforts? if he was a classics rider as well, sure, but he's not. He's just a sprinter. You know, even Marion Jones was caught with EPO. And sprinting on the road requires way more endurance than sprinting on the track (or in track & fields).
That being said, I'm also 99,9% sure it's not Cavendish, but Cavendish was tested quite often (stage wins) so they have samples of him, whereas I don't know when they got Siutsou samples. |

Siutsov seems to have been mentioned before in other allegations, so I would not be surprised, that said I'm surprised that Columbia would have anyone as I thought they had an external testing program. Like CSC who are blatant dopeheads, like Astana who are the same.
Columbia still has Rogers, Kirchen and Gerdemann who are guys I really don't trust.
Those internal programs look more like a "no scandals insurance" to me than like a "we're not doping" proof. |

Every single rider was tested before stage 1.
Every stage the stage winner was tested, plus 5 random riders, plus all riders from one random team.
For instance, Riccò complained he was tested 4 times in the first 6 stages (before stage 1 + randomly selected rider +randomly selected team + stage winner)
Also, "random" my ass. It was obvious they weren't random, since certain riders (including the current world champion.....) were being tested almost every day "randomly".

yeah but i'm sure i've seen him quoted as saying he would move if a few strong helpers come to the team as his manager had promised him, and i'm guessing kohl would have been a fairly big chip on that table

Well, the less opponents he has left, the less he needs top helpers.
And that's assuming the number of riders caught per teams is reliable and Evans is not on the list. |

but no idea how reliable it is

Oh my .... Floyd Landis has appealed CAS' non-appealable verdict that said that he had EPO. He has appealed the case to some American justice, saying that all three judges from the CAS case were incompetent - including the judge they appointed themselves.
Also, Landis still hasn't paid the case costs, and until he does so, he can't make a comeback in cycling. |

Will he EVER stop appealing?

'gets caught' implies he is doping - although that echoes my sentiments on Kohl
