It seems like the last few years this race has been won before the first rest day We've gotta hope Valverde, Mollema, Porte etc. get a real boost to form (and no other forms of boost ) so we actually have a an exciting 2 weeks to go.
dont forget that Nibali also just riding into form..he was nowhere at Dauphine
You cant let me have a sliver of hope that the final 2 weeks will actually be exciting?

Huh? Nibali will win by Default you said? Im sure you would have thought same if Contador won because Froome crashed out?(rolls eyes)
If you say that Contador would have won by default because Froome crashed out that would be hugely disrespectful to Nibali, who is currently the second most successful active Grand Tour racer.
Know i was just pointing out he said Nibali wins by default, would he have said same if Contador won? No is the answer. |

I see we have a new celebrity here, really funny to read that all.

What exactly happened with Machado earlier? Did he hop in the car and then come back out? Atleast for me it was reported he abandoned, and then a minute later it said he was back racing.

He was rumoured to abandoned as he apparently wanted to go inside the car. But after some talks he probably decided to move on. |

Anyway does anyone know if Konig is in the main group?

I'd say that is really classy of Froome. Got some respect for him now at least.
I would say Costa for today.

He appeared to be losing contact in the climb where Contador fell. |

Am I the only one who keeps forgetting to actually watch the race? Between Twitter, here and the CN forum I'm not finding much time to look at my TV
