Are all 2014 then skipped or do they get a random winner?
What do you mean exactly? If you set 2015 as starting year without editing palmares etc. they don't get any winner, they're just skipped.

That's exactly what I meant, thanks. |

Right, so a little story behind this screenshot, which is from the second season of my career. Quintana is preparing for the Tour, so Vuillermoz was my intended captain for Route du Sud. The previous stage was also a MTF. Here, Vuillermoz came 2nd, 18 seconds behind Pozzovivo, together with Quintana, even though Quintana had paced him up the whole climb. I think Pozzovivo benefitted from staying in my team's slipstream for the first part of the climb, since there was a very serious headwind, and being the strongest team, I had gone for the "Sky" train.
This was not going to happen on the 3rd stage. I decided to break Pozzovivo. And I mean crush him. Because of the headwind, which persisted, I figured that I should make it into a mountain time trial, so nobody would benefit from drafting.
So my team went to work on the first climb. By the first KoM point, there was about 15 riders in the peloton. From the bottom of the second climb, Luis Leon Sanchez quickly reduced it to just Vuillermoz, Quintana, Pozzovivo, and Jeannesson.
From this group, Quintana launched his attack, halfway up the second climb. Needless to say, nobody could respond. Everyone ended up one-by-one; a time trial, as was my intention! And Quintana kept pouring the minutes into Pozzovivo!
I think it's the biggest margin I've ever won a stage by after attacking out of the favourite group, especially with "bad" freshness. Granted, it was basically only Pozzovivo, but ey, after stage 2, this was personal!

If you are hyped by the cobbled classics, or if you simple like Tony Martin, try Etixx.
Or create your own CT Team.

Closest GT I've done, almost almost lost it on the last stage !
Was just a stage race using the Giro 2015 startlist, didn't have the route though so picked a random one that turned out to be brutal.
Zakarin won all 3 jerseys, Aru won the white. Katusha won the team prize !
Stats in case anyone asks.
Zakarin:
Conti:
Porte:
Aru:
Rigo:

Impressive that Zakarin could win the Giro with those stats. |

Had to use every trick in the PCM book.
I steadily built up a 4"30 minute advantage comming back from a 2"30 deficit with long distance attacks on nearly every stage, but the race ended with 4 big mountain stages in a row and it got very concerning.
Contador's team isn't very strong so it's not so hard to isolate him and force him to ride with no protection. |

It would also be wierd, if he wore protection ;-) |

CCC Sprandi Career | Update #1
I've been having fun with an CCC career the past days and for the first time in many years, I have a renewed will to play PCM again. With the PCM15 game soon coming and lot of possible potential, I wanted to play for fun again. The goal is promotion to World Tour and taking a team, which have fought for that the past 15 years, seems like a good fit and because of the width of the team, I can play lots of races at the same time and still be competitive in all of them.
With Rebellin, Bole and Paterski I see a strong leadership with plenty of young undeveloped talents in the team to support. Everything will depend on whether they do well or not, so I think I have started out pretty nicely. So I will just share my wonderful career save and hopefully I can accomplish my hard goal ^^
Database : jesgd 2015 v2 (yes unreleased stuff )
Difficulty : Hard
Progression : 0.5
Potentials : Not Random
Season so far
Davide Rebellin has been a pure beast this season and is currently leading the rider rankings with a small margin to Colbrelli.
Davide Rebellin (124 pts;1st)
3rd GC Tour de San Luis
Stage win St. 3 Tour de San Luis
Podium St. 4,5 Tour de San Luis
Stage win(s) St. 1,2 Vuelta a Andalucia (unfinished and currently 3rd in GC)
12th GC Grand Prix la Marseillaise
Maciej Paterski (28 pts;30th)
Stage Win St. 5 Tour of Oman (unfinished and 3rd in GC)
Podium St. 4 Tour of Oman
Grega Bole (20 pts;37th)
Top 10 St.3 Tour de San Luis
Podium(s) St. 1,5 La Tropicale Amissa Bongo (unfinished and currently 8th in GC)
Top 10 St. 3 La Tropicale Amissa Bongo
So with current races I have two 3rd places to add to the collection and also a 3rd GC secured I should probably not race every stage, at this pace I will beat a WT team xD

And this is what happens when the variant that is used for 2015 has 16 mountain stages, a TTT and a 40km TT to finish. Only 86 people finish the Giro, from the 198 that had started. Wanty came has a wildcard, and not a single one of their finished the Giro.

What the fuck
I find it very odd how the difference between the nr 3 and nr 6 is so small though, compared to the rest

Hey guys, need some help.
I've edited the sponsor goals with the editor and changed "value_i_rank" and "value_f_dotation" accordingly.
Yet somehow the budget got screwed up as you can see on the top left of the picture.
How can I fix this? |

Started a Bora career recently, and just finished San Luis with a rather weird GC
Slik, Salerno and Mouris managed to win 23 mins on stage 2, after Lemoine and Schillinger won a lot of time on stage 1 already. Mendes was the best climber, or atleast strongest...
Salerno should've won the GC, but had a -5 day on the hilly stage 3 and lost 6 mins to Slik

Are these stats appropriate? Would like to make CJR a WT team without giving the riders too high stats at the beginning

19 riders is pushing it in the WT, I think. You have to take riders out of some stage races early on. This team should allow you to win hilly stages from breakaways as well as a few top 10 results in races like GP Quest and the Canadian races as well as stage races without mountains, Paris-Nice maybe, Basque Country certainly. I've survived the WT with teams even weaker than this, though I'd look to add at least one riders who has a chance on cobblestones. |

Actually I meant if this stats are OK to start with in PCT (no-one with stats that are too high or too low)? |
