I saw S. Henao and freaked out thinking you had signed Sergio, and then I saw his stats and age

If Sebastian will become only half as good as his cousin, this signing will pay off by multiple times.

I think Huffman is a good bet for the future, the other two riders are ok, they will increase the team's abilities in TT... but I dont think they'll have a long career at least in Jamis...
Well Sebastian is a good bet... I dont know his potential in Daily DB but probably it isnt high enough, maybe you'll give him a little hand Brenes its an interesting rider, maybe with no luck in the past, hope in Jamis he'll finally explote his potential..
Btw, will Acevedo stay? if he goes, the team will become weaker even with this new 6 riders... also, will any rider go?

Thank you all,
Jamis will present the last (probably 3) riders today, 6 or 7 riders will leave the team for balance, this must be done due to my next season plans, we will have 1 U23 development team wich will race minor races and i will report on them when results ask for it.. we will have 2 "senior" groups, one will focus on american races and the other will focus on European races.. some riders may swap groups sometimes for experience. I don´t know the potencial from Henao, i play with random potencial, so everything is possible..
J.Acevedo has a contract until 2015 with us, so he´ll stay.
Jamis itself has a contract until 2015/2016, enought time.
Older guys will leave the team, 1 or 2 younger that don´t develop have the off ticket too. We will have 19 riders, and the U23 team.

*kenske - Thank you so much for your kind words , it motivates me even more to keep it rolling... hope this wasn´t your last comment either, you are welcome here.
So, after this excited post, Jamis will present the last 3 confirmed transfers for next season... our U23 squad is full too, (8 riders), they will start an intensive training program for the rest of the season wich will help us to know in wich level they are... you might see one or another in a race, so keep your eyes open.

Cool additions i really like how you kept it both realistic and with a specific focus! Keough will have a good shot in the US races and Atapuma will be useful co-leader behind/beside Acevedo. I don't know this sprinter from brazil, but i like the sound of this too expecting Jamis to ride some South American races next year!

*tsmoha - Thanks mate ... that was my focus indeed, we wanted to bring Haedo´s brother but he´s still have 1 year contract.. Andriato was Vini´s sprinter(1 of them) without contract,( team will get substituted by Vespa i think). I play with pcmDaily so there aren´t so much South American races( Brasilian ones).. we might race in China but first we need to get this season over.. Atapuma is indeed a great addition, althought i must say i wanted Arredondo insted,(was without contract before July) but Team Nippo renewed after he won Colombian Championship.. at the end, i´m really satisfied with the new riders..

Peloton lets the first riders go... G.Varela is our rider today there..
120kms to go, we lead the pack with a relaxed pace but enought to maintain the gap around 3´40"..
60kms to go, we let others to lead the pack now.. the new Irish champion A.Buggle(RCJ) comes to the front...
At the front, G.Varela falls down... but he will catch up with the guys upfront again..
The race hits the last climb.. J.Acevedo catch up with Varela..
23kms.. F.Mancebo(5HR) joins my riders... L.Craddock and G.Mannion(BLS) are 45" behind..
L.Craddock joins up, Acevedo starts to raise the pace.. only 2 more small hills before the descent..
Closing the 10kms mark, Mancebo and Craddock hit the wall.. Acevedo goes alone..
.. and reach the finish line for another win.. Varela and Cooke with good finishes too.

You can check my new changes with the Hotesses.. really hot now.

Great to see Atapuma here, it's quite a big name for a team like this... your 3 colombians will make your team look even stronger... also great to see you're improving your sprint train, those 2 riders should bring some victories...
