Well after a bunch of failed careers I've picked back up in Garnaeu-Quebecor. Got some great reusults in April and May: First in Scheldeprijs, 6th in Paris-Roubaix, 7th in F-W and 5th in L-B-L. 4th in Dunkerque, 5th in TOC, and 1st in Bayern Tour. Extended with sponsor until 2018 and the team is currently 2000 CQ pts ahead of 3rd in the PCT teams.

Yeah, but so is Van Poppel
Could be, although I have my doubts, considering he is Dutch :L
However for sure will be interesting which one of Van Poppel, Ewan and Coquard will achieve most success and be the most dominant.
Ewan for me edges it just slightly ahead of Coquard, he's so similar to McEwen as well, but we'll have to see. However Coquard is just as immense, very difficult to distinguish between both at all.
Don't forget they're still all very young. History is filled with booming talents coming to... nothing. Let's hope it doesn't happen with those guys. But it's too early to call Ewan the next Cavendish |

I can't figure out which career i should play.
I have one , custom team "Discovery Racing" in the tour 2014.
Captajn: Alberto Contador. Ive just won the Giro and Catalunya with Rui Costa.
Signed Dan Martin and Izaguirre.
Or if i should play with another custom team "Sidi Cyclisme", which is a only french-riding team. Captajn: Voeckler, Rolland and Chavanel .
Ive just started as a pro konti team, and got the wildcard to the tour. I like the squad and targets for the season.

Alan Davis, that Russian that now rides for Movistar who was going to win the TdF whose name I can't remember (probably because he didn't win the TdF...). Agreed, it's too early to tell, but hell, that kid can ride.
Edit: The Russian is Vladimir Karpets.

When you can't decide between two options, flip a coin. Not because the result of the coin will choose for you, but because, in that split second before the coin lands, you'll know what side you want it to fall on.

Agreed.
Okay guys, it's official, I hate myself
I come up with a nice career idea in the evening. Then, when I do my preperations for the career, and after I made my team, I lose all motivation
I had an idea to start with a Scandinavic team, but well, motivation dropped, I made my team way too allround.
Of course, the last idea with that stat thing was bad. It's way easier to win than I expected with that team.
It's probably because I'm actually waiting for a database that I lose motivation every time. I never had that before, was able to keep up motivation for a while.

@Jesleyh: I know exactly what you mean having the same very problem. Started 5 careers in 2 weeks I think.
So luckily I'm going away now. 10 days away from PCM will give me time to think about what career I want. And hopefully when I come back, there will be the next patch and I can really kick off |

Yeah.
Problem is that I'm probably going away when the patch & Databases are just there, so I'll have to wait longer

It is the second time i choose to create a french team, but yes it is more interesting because the riders are more fighters than talents (no offence)

I went for a career with the worst british team (RCS) and try and build them up using neo pros and british riders. Made the first promotion and started the 2nd season even stronger looking like world tour next year which is going to be massively tough. Highest rating person is 75 Talansky who i have brought in as there were no affordable british leaders. |

Trying to make history with a Nordic team with some Colombians and france cyclist to give the team a little more edge.
Started realy good with a win in Santos down under with Hushovd and also the point, mountin, young shirt.
After that a lot of preraration race with diffrent results. But of 5 Cub races I got 4 wins with Breschel and Hagen.
Then we started in Paris-nice got a 2 place with Bentacur and also a good result for the team.
Then it was time for Tir-Adr 2 place with Quintana and also a good team effort.
The only bad resault was in Milano-san I got a 10 Place with Breschel I hade my hope on a podium at least.
For the moment I am in Catalunya and in the last mounting stage after a sick first stage there Kessiakoff is 18 min before all the favorits and 2 min before some sprinter. So if Kessiakoff just hold him self on the bike and not brake any leg he will win this race with around 7-8 min at least. Be back with more results in end of May.

Same(except races), but a big database is better than a modified small one for me. Big dBs simply add more.
Not sure which DB I'll stick to this year, but at least the French Community Db will be downloaded by me, since its first and looks good
