That gap. He could have stoped and walked to the line and he still had won.

It was scary how easily he distanced himself from everybody else.

And to think, his muscles aren't even finished developing.

According to his words, Peter attacked 400metres from the line and it was over, so two days in the row with similar winning attack. But he also says he has some health problems with bronchus inflammation, but he hopes he will be okay.
Today should be too hard for him anyway right? I am looking forward to Sky duo/Nibali/Contador battle and how Velits will do.

Am I hearing this correctly?
Are you, Avin Wargunnson, saying it's too hard for Peter Sagan?

That is just because that inflammation. When being okay and focused to do well also in this mountain stage, he would win of course.

Rodriguez wins ahead of Froome, Evans, Contador and Nibali. Huge selection today. These the strongest in the end.
First Contador and Nibali attacked. Rodriguez and Froome countered and created a gap. Evans flew past Contador and Nibali in the end to be 3rd.

Great to see Evans with some solid form already then. Also hopefully this will make ASO think about giving Katusha one of the wildcard places if their appeal to the UCI doesn't go well.

ASO is going to give its wildcards to MPCC teams only, so that rules out Katusha and their history of doping.

Sounds like a typical J Rod style blast at the finish.
But did he win by enough to take the overall - or is it Froome or Contador who grabs it?

Ah of course, I'd forgotten that. Though with the number of dodgy teams MPCC is taking on of late, Katusha could surely make an attempt to join too.

Nicely done by Purito, was bit quiet so far, however even good results will not matter in terms of Tour wildcard.
Great result for Froome too, I think he took GC too by few seconds.

I think Katusha tried to join ~1 months ago or so. Obviously so far with no success.
