I am such an idiot 
I fucked up the last challenge and missed out on immunity by forgetting to put the team managers name
I guess jeadog was right, win an immunity and you are voted out the next challenge, but I guess I should have got the immunity

Hehe, if the formula is continuing to work that way, you may need to win the individual immunity a couple of times more

Quickly solved, timing proved to be important. The answer:
