Contador has to put some of the blame on him self.. In a finish like that, it's important for the GC contenders to be in front of the peloton, and Contador knows this...
reason to like him..he did not protested that he was stucked behind second crash. Tour rules sucks etc...
My fault..let's move on.

well what a fitting start to the tour for the scum that is alberto contador.
should never have even rode in the first place.
could finally be the year of the evans!!
AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE!
Let me guess. You didn't hear about the guy who worked specifically with Evans getting caught in possession of 195 doses of EPO earlier this week, did you?
"Specifically" for Evans? Not quite sure this is specifically the case!
It is. The guy worked only with Evans and Van Avermaet
How do you know this? I haven't seen any direct links to Evans? I agree the relationship is worryingly close, but have no knowledge of him being directly linked to Evans!
He has worked with several BMC riders, the Norwegian sprinter Alexander Kristoff has told norwegian television that he had worked with BMC as a "substitute" on a few races.
So that means he specifically worked with Evans. Wouldn't really say that is a direct link with Evans.

+1 If happened to Andy,Cance would stop the peloton or if not, Andy would be crying about that all year
Just because riders from the 2nd group crashed and joined the Contador group, doesnt mean they slowed it down. Contador lost 30/35 seconds in the crash as it was, then he had 2 Euskaltel and 1 Saxo Bank rider versus the very fast front end of the peloton, with 6+ km to go - they were always going to lose more!
"Just saw todays last kilometre," said HTC-Highroad's Mark Cavendish via Twitter. "Gilbert humbled everyone with the equivalence of pulling down his pants to reveal a 13incher. #YIKES"
