Just played the Champs-Elysees stage with Quickstep and I have to say that just the "feeling" I get when playing this game seems to be much better than previous versions.
There were multiple attempts by smaller breakaways on the Champs-Elysees itself with the likes of Boasson Hagen trying but in the end all breaks were caught. Then HTC had its train ready with Renshaw, Goss and Cavendish while I had a competing train with Chavanel, Steegmans, Ciolek and Boonen. My train was stronger so I got to start the sprint in front and seemed to win with Boonen.. That was until Cavendish really launched his sprint and swerved around Boonen like a rocket to take the victory. |

I didn´t do the think you said alakagom, but when i arrived home, amazon had sent an email with a revised date, dispatch 27th, delivery 30th, it´s a good date, since i have economy exam on that day, and when i arrive i can have fun playing it. |

Just tried my first sprint to get a feeling for what it's going to be like. Very different than previous editions. I did stage 2 of this the Giro. Boasson Hagen also tried an attack and got away with Kroon with like 10km to go. Lampre was trying to take control of the peloton, but was not doing a good job. I tried my traditional methods of leadouts with Millar, Fischer, and finally Farrar, but Fischer got too tired and dropped. So I tried independent effort with Millar from about 5km out on 95 and his bars dropped like a stone and may have lasted 1km out front. I had nothing left to try but sprint with Farrar from 2.8km out. He caught the two breakaway guys but did not beat them and ended up 3rd on the stage, well ahead of any other sprinter.
I was disappointed to see people like Cunego, S. Sanchez, Evans, and Scarponi all sprinting along side and beating some other sprinters on a flat stage. I was thinking that this was fixed.
Also, just the run into the finish blew up the peloton and riders were coming in all over the place. No crashes, just people's bars running out. I know 6 of my 9 riders all were dropped just holding position within group. |

Thanks for the heads up re: ordering through Game and cancelling Amazon order - I had ticked free delivery and it hadn't been dispatched yet so cancelled it, ordered from Game this morning and has just been dispatched so may even be here tomorrow |

i pre-ordered, and pre-installed.
got my email with activation key and installed and am playing fine.
i created a profile and when i went to play online it said i hadn't activiated online yet, however i havn't recieved an email with a password from when i created the account.
any ideas? |

There are 2 different keys. The activation key, you need the first time when you want to enter the game at all. Then the multiplayer key, you add to your profile in the main menu.

Only looked at manager apart and plaued one stage so far and :
- The music is annoying ( already on mute )
- The stats are very hard to see, the light green doesn't work really.
- The sprints are far unpredicatble, which I love. The trains harder to control and set up, also very easily borken up on 90 degress turn
