Yes, actually I am playing on a more extreme extreme since I edited it in the DB.

I think you should lay off stagemaking until PCM2011, and continue this story |

Wanting less competition?
I'm gonna finish my Vuelta, but after that I might take a break from stagemaking and concentrate only on the story. I'm glad you like it.
Sorry for slow updates, I have been quite busy + stagemaking.

30.05.2011: Giro d'Italia
Stage 21
Bolzano > Mezzolombardo: 49.5km
Unfortunately, the game crashed when loading the stage. I tried replacing it with one of my own stages, but it crashed anyway. Then I tried detailed simulation, but it crashed too. Because of that, I had to simulate the stage. Sorry for it.

02.06.2011: Skoda Tour de Luxembourg
Skoda Tour of Luxembourg is a five days long stage race in early June. Some riders use this race to build up form for the Tour de France, which starts in a month. The first edition of the race was held in 1935, when Luxembourgian Mathias Clemens won. Clemens also holds the record for most wins; 5. Last year's edition was won by Italian Matteo Carrara, riding for Vacansoleil.
Leopard Trek
Andy Schleck
Fabian Cancellara
Jakob Fuglsang
Anders Lund
Martin Pedersen
Brice Feillu
Maxime Monfort
Wouter Weylandt
We don't expect any notable results here, as none of our riders is in shape. This is just the first preparation for the Tour. Andy Schleck is our best rider on the paper, so he will be our leader here. Fabian Cancellara and Jakob Fuglsang will have free roles and take their own chances. Wouter Weylandt will be our man for the sprints with Martin Pedersen as leadout.
Favourites
*** Kolobnev
** Marcato, Breschel
* Flecha, Bakelandts, Pineau
Alexander Kolobnev is the best puncheur in the race, so he should be the strongest on the hills. I'm not sure about his shape, though, so we'll see what he can do here. Marco Marcato and Matti Breschel is the only other riders who is even close to Kolobnev in hill, so I think one of those three will win this race.

This was a hell of a Giro for you
Dominating on every terrain. Gerdemann as good as never before and probably never again
Good luck in the next race. You team looks really strong for this one.
Even without a top form it`s possible to get nice results in this race with Cance.

@roturn: Gerdemann can do better than this. Just wait for the Vuelta, I'm expecting a win from him there.
@Ste117: Thanks.
@Mresuperstar: I hope so too, but he is not in good shape at the moment.
Luxembourg preview updated. I realised that I forgot the startlist.
02.06.2011: Tour de Luxembourg
Prologue
Luxembourg - Luxembourg: 4.1km
Maxime Monfort did well today, setting the early best time.
Monfort's time stand as best time for a while, until young Brit Alex Dowsett beated it with only 1s.
Fuglsang also performed much better than I expected, beating Dowsett's time with 3s.
Tom Boonen is a great prologue rider, but he didn't have his best day today. He was even slower than Monfort. +6 on Fuglsang's time.
Cancellara didn't seem to feel that his shape is bad, since he smashed Fuglsang's time by 9s. This will certainly be the time to beat today.
Cornu's time was faster than Fuglsang's, but he couldn't beat Cancellara. +7 on Spartacus.
Big race favourite Kolobnev limited his losses today (+17).
Andy Schleck couldn't beat Cancellara's time, but he performed well over what I had expected. His time was only 10s slower than Cancellara's and the Luxembourger finished 4th.

@Tuco: At least there will be a much stronger startlist there.
@Freitas: Yes, it was indeed a pity. He really deserved a top 10.
03.06.2011: Skoda Tour de Luxembourg
Stage 2
Luxembourg - Hesperange: 179.7km
Twelve riders broke away early and formed today's breakaway. The best placed rider overall of them was Rick Flens (Rabobank), 15s down on 13th.
With 30 kilometres left their advantage was still three minutes, so we decided to let Maxime Monfort help relaying. Flecha was also relaying, so I guess his form isn't perfect.
When going down the steepest hill, Offredo (FDJ) attacked. This was a kamikaze attack, as it is almost impossible to get away on downhills.
He was brought back, but when we got down on the flat, Kolobnev attacked instead. He got an advantage of maximum 20 seconds before he was brought back too.
Three kilometres from the line, the break was still surviving with 45 seconds. Cancellara had moved to the front to leadout Pedersen, but it was a bit too late.
Pedersen got a perfect leadout from Cancellara, but his bad shape resulted in that both Marcato and Ciolek was able to pass him with just under a kilometer to go.
The last screenshot somehow disappeared. It showed that Reynès (Omega Pharma), outsprinted his breakaway companions to take the stage win. Ciolek won the sprint in the pack, on the same time as Reynès.

Stage 3
Schifflange - Differdange: 204.2km
Todays breakaway was formed by five riders: Traksel (Vacansoleil), Schmitz (Van Vliet), Amorison (Landbouwkrediet), Kennaugh (Sky) and Rooijakkers (Skil-Shimano).
They were still two minutes ahead when we reached the final hill, so Cancellara launched an attack and created a gap.
At the top he was joined by Offredo (FDJ), Kolobnev (Katusha) and Gerrans (Sky). They had also caught up with the breakaway.
It all came down to a sprint between four riders. Cancellara decided to take Offredo's wheel in the sprint. It was a good choice, since the Frenchman easily moved out of Kolobnev's slipstream and blasted towards the line. Traksel had been able to follow too, but he was looking really tired.
Cancellara did everything right, he moved out of Offredo's wheel with just under a kilometer to go, but it wasn't enough. Offredo was too strong and the Frenchman took a nice victory for his FDJ team. All riders was given the same time thanks to PCM's brilliant gap system.

Stage 4
Eschweiler - Diekirch: 189.9km
No breakaway was allowed to go away today, but Martin Pedersen managed to collect some KoM points and moved up to second overall in the KoM classification.
Later in the stage, Peeters (Landbouwkrediet) and Pineau (Quickstep) broke away, but they never got an advantage bigger than one minute.
When we reached the Broderburg hill for the first time, Cancellara decided it was time to try to move clear of the pack. With help from Feillu he was able to create a gap.
He managed to stay clear until the next time we climbed the hill, where Offredo putted in a powerful attack and reached Cancellara. However, Cancellara still had power left to counter on Offredo's move. Terpstra (Quickstep), Kolobnev (Katusha) and Gerrans (Sky) also tried to follow Offredo.
However, Cancellara was the only one that could follow Offredo. Kolobnev wasn't far behind them, while the other attackers were brought back by the pack.
Offredo obviously felt good, as he tried to shake Cancellara off already at the foot of the final climb of Broderburg.
Cancellara also had power left, though. He was able to follow Offredo's attack, but that costed him almost all of his energy.
However, the pack wasn't very far behind, so the leading duo was brought back on the descent. Cancellara decided to leadout Andy, who still felt good.
Andy got a perfect leadout from Spartacus and took the lead with a kilometer to go. Kolobnev was going strongly on the left side, while Marcato did the same on the right.
However, none of them could beat Andy, so the younger Schleck took a nice victory in his home country. Marcato finished second and Kolobnev third. Because of the bonus seconds, Andy is now second overall, only two seconds behind Cancellara.
