Of course. But in good shape top ten could be possible (although I don't now how the last climb will be). He was 15th to Plumelec in TDF 08 for example.
And the stage he beat Freire and Kirchen in TDF. Was it stage 9 in the 2009 edition?

Your mixing two years. In 2008 he beat Kirchen, 2009 he beat Freire. Both stages with a little climb in the end.

If he is strong enough for the last 1,5km with about 6%. But after a long stage with a few mountains this part can totally beat him.

It was the 2009 stage with Freire i ment  The stage where Millar was in the break and got caught in the last climb.
