Good Job by Gesink to take another 2 seconds out of Schleck. The next stage should be a fun one, can't wait.

Two stage wins and sitting on the podium should appease the sponsors. Good Job Popo. |

Its getting annoying how making the strongest attacks isnt correlating in to time gains.
The only good thing from that stage is that Iglinski and Perez Fernandez moved up in GC

It was strange to watch. Whenever a player is involved, usually someone gets up front and usually rides away.
I've never seen someone come from behind and win a stage like that before. Still, I'm not complaining. Great from a Eurosport point of view. |

It's quite nice how the strongest attack didn't equal time gaps... Plaza still in the top 10. Phew.

Fenian - do you recall how the yellow jersey group from around 7 riders to 20+ at the end?
I guess it shows just how slow the pace was

I don't I'm afraid. I was watching Gomez Marchante go past and thinking wtf when no one reacted?
Most of my attention was then on whether Serpa was going to catch him. I've no idea why the others didn't attack.
The final 2k was then flat. This screen in the report shows the situation a little before it flattened out. If a few guys attacked from here at the top, that might explain the lack of gaps.

Luckily it gapped together... Ardila really suck... 7th is absolutely the most I can hope for here it seems... Maybe Mayo can grow to top 20, perhaps even top 15 though... |

Apparently, Duarte wasn't recognized as being the team captain, thus making him work for Pecharroman.
Quite a shame |

That a way Gesink, keep it up. To bad he lost the points jersey, but it will be ok as long as he keeps that yellow one.

I knew de la Fuente wasnt going to win here, but being over 5 minutes behind is a little too much for the teamleader huh? being still only halfway... |

Seriously pissed with Pluchkin. He'd be 2 seconds after Gesink if he just tried to go on stage 3. Nice 3rd on Ventoux, but a win would have been a whole lot sweeter after the luck I've had.

2nd place in a stage is better then expected from this race, but how the hell can I have two man in the break and have both get dropped first? |

How on earth can Geslin NOT make that to goal. He is by far the fastest in that group and should've easily kept up. VERY dissapointning, as this was my only chance to achieve my sponsor goal! |

Two riders in the final break - and not winning. Oh well... They tried. |

Ardila did a strong hilly stage, unfortunately the riders came back from behind, hence he's still in 7th. A 5th would've been great seeing that he will probably lose ground on the final stage...
Iban Mayo should try his best to gain a bit of time to get within top 15 though... |

Glad to see Perez Sanchez doing well. Too bad he lost that minute in stage 3.
