The worst thing that can happen is Lance being number 1.
Between the 2, I rather have Contador up there.

Astana will own this stage but what will happen to Levi and Klöden
... and Armstrong. We're still yet to see him climb well this season. We're still yet to see him time tiral well too.
(And by well, I do of course mean 'at his level from 2005' or 'well enough to stay with the best' .
I still don't think that he's good enough to keep up with the best. When Contador and Andy Schleck starts attacking, he'll be dropped.

Anyone know the timetable for the stage?
I need to know what time I have to be home to see the final climb

They are expecting to reach Andorra-La-Vieille (foot of mountain) at 15:53 CET at the earliest and 16:27 at the latest.

I don't think is fair to compare today's stage with normal first stages at GTs, where team leaders just test and look at each others without daring to attack. Today is different because there are only 3 uphill finishes and quite a few riders need to do something to recover some time.
I can't think of Schleck, Sastre, Evans, just to mention some of them, just rolling as a happy group behind Astana. They will do something and, even better, perhaps they are willing to forge some temporary alliances. That being said, I guess today will be an amazing stage (I'm even thinking about calling in sick ).

Sounds reasonable to me.
Anyway, Saxo is definitely planning to do something today. Voigt and Larsson in today's break along with 17 others.
Edit: Gomez Marchante (CTT), Popovych (AST), Larsson og Voigt (SAX), Txurrka (EUS), Arrieta, Dupont og Nocentini (ALM), Willems (LIQ), Vaugrenard (FDJ), Pasamontes og Uran (GCE), Moncoutie (COF), Devolder (QSI), Moreau, Calzati og Brice Feillu (AGR), Knees og Velits (MRM) and Geschke (SKS).
Edit 2: Not really "today's break" yet.

So, is it going to be the recent usual first day in the mountains with everyone watching each other.
I hope not. Frank Schleck should at least get license to have a go. Want to see if Kloden and Levi will hit the front and do some work...
