Not that hard to add Vastaranta and finnish championship yourself if you really want to.
We're not adding amateur Finnish teams, I'm sorry.
i know, but I meant that it's not so hard for those who want a finnish team to add it themselves once the db is released.
Yeah i know but then i must find someone who want to make a TT Finland and a Finnish Championship Well, either that or you use the ones of some other country or any other stage for that matter. Just to add the stage to the db and then make a copy of the prefered stages with the corresponding names. Easy piecy. |

Rontgen: Yes, it's theoratically possible to add more race categories, but the game doesn't handle it too well. Therefore, there's a few NE races in there which are classified as either 2.2 or 2.1 instead of NE.
We'll also be looking into the thing with rider roles.
Snoep_de_hond: It's not possible to add an African championship. You can't make more than one nationality participate in a NC.
That Finnish dude: Finland has been added as a scouting area.

It's wierd with the NE classes. I tried to implement it myself at one point. Didn't get it to work properly either. Having them as 2.1 (or 2.2) is probably the best choice.
Is it possible to post roster including stats for the Cyclesport.se - Magnus Maximus Coffee.com?
Also, can you post the full race calendar? (Yes, I know, it will be a long post) |

We're not going to post any stats until it's fully revised.
Same goes for the calendar |

This sounds great. I'll try this DB when it comes, but plz take time to finish it with care, so there won't be any bugs in the hurry of making it.
I think there are to few races in the original DB, so this sounds great. The Daily Expansion pack is quite weird. Young stars like Kreuziger, Schleck will make it between 83-85 MO, while almost any other rising talent under 74 in mountain can hardly make it over 78 MO. Riders like Daniel Martin with a level under 74 just never has more than 3 stars in primary skill, and none of them can therefore ever challenge the already existing mountain-riders in the future. |

Hey guys I´m so looking forward to this DB
Seeing the huge amount of new continental teams your planning to add to the game, I really hope there´ll be a lot of new category 1.2 and 2.2 races as well?
Since I prefer to start out with smaller teams working my way to the top I´ll need them to score some points/money .
Regards |

Sounds great. Thanks for the speedy reply.
In the later DB for PCM08 I experienced problems with the graphical side of some of the added races, like roads disappering, riding underwater or right through mountainsides which was a bit weird at times . Hope you have had time to test the new stages for unwanted "bugs" |

Is this DB ready to go in no time, or would you advice me to start a new career with another DB, and wait. I mean, is it ready before 2 days, else I will start a new. |

1. Question: Why is Colombia es Pásion & GobernacÃon del Zulia not included in the game according to your Club List?
2. Question: Is Vuelta Colombia, Vuelta Tachira & Vuelta Venezuela included? |

If I'm not wrong the pack is based on Europa and North America, that's why there isn't those teams. |

Hmm...Thats sad. I love those teams and they always have interesting riders in their squad.
But if they make a V2 of there DB, then I hope they would put those 2 teams in. Just Gobernacion & Colombia Pasion.
But is Vuelta Colombia, Vuelta Tachira & Vuelta Venezuela included in the DB?

No, they aren't.
It was put to the vote a few months back and the vast majority were not interested in having these teams or races.
There is another .db almost ready with some of them in though. |

The ones I discovered and posted on this site, where allready known by the team (I was too slow, so somebody beat me to it ).
I think you mentined that they had been corrected for the next DB. (The one you had to drop, due to the infamous bug) but I´m not sure. |

pma: Right, I didn't quite remember if you were the same guy as back then - but we did fix the stages that you mentioned.
Likkivi: There's no chance that it's coming within the next two days.
HansiBoyo: There's some differences on the DB-editing side of things from PCM08 to PCM09. One of them is that the game now takes care of more than it did in PCM08 - one of these being the teams' racing programs. I'm not going to describe this in detail, but basically, you'd need at least 20 South-American teams to make it realistic - if you don't have that, you'll end up with some pretty random participation fields (pretty much like the v1 of the PCM.daily 09 DB for PCM08).
Anyway, all-in-all, we had to make a choice: Did we want realism, or did we want fun, but 'random' and unrealistic starting fields?
We wanted the 1st, and based on where our members come from, we decided to focus on Western/Central Europe and USA. |
