If you need another rider then i got the best guy from my team that i ride for:
Chris Spencer 23 - flat rider, (to be honest thats the only type we get around here) good at TT and ok at sprinting. Id like him in the game as i know the guy.
Hope it helps  . Also maype PM CT or Ruben For a young rider in there area. thats two more nations.

Looking on the Aussie cycle website, i found two good young cyclists:
Cameron Meyer - came from track cycling - Good a TT and flat - 19 (but he rides for SouthAustrailia.com)
Scott Sunderland - From track cycling - TT - 19 (also rides for soutAustrailia.com)
Edit: checked the site , it looks like scott doesnt ride for them anymore so he has no club.
Also found a spanish rider Navarro Mikel Nieve - 23 - support rider.

Here the champion jersey for portugal, im still working on the riders searching in the streets of portugal looking for fresh talent!
Update to jersey after working closely with development team weve shrunk the logo and moved others so you can see the symbol...

It looks nice, but you have loads of huge sponsors on your shirt, dont you think it may be a bit too much competition.

If sunderland is crap why was he voted trck cyclist of the year! he isnt great but he has an ok record.
I told you smoothie that he would know how to do it.
And yeah this story has had loads of interest, lets hope it doesnt do a valverde and it lives up to the hype
