I have a tip for UCI:
just forget about those 50 riders and focus first in this one: Alejandro Valverde!!!

Uhh...no.
There's a small number of riders (around 5) whom the blood passport shows their blood values to be impossible without doping. These will be disclosed this morning and court cases will be started against them.
In addition, 50 other riders have extremely suspicious values and therefore their teams will be informed. Should their teams still choose to bring them to the Tour, they will be heavily targeted by doping controls. |

Why Farrar? He hasn't really done anything out of the extraordinary this year. His progression has been steady and predictable. And there wasn't really any competition in the Giro except for Cav and Petacchi anyway... |

Hi:
In a sign that the authorities are not afraid to openly declare war on the biggest stars, around 50 of the near 200-strong bunch will face special targeting from the International Cycling Union (UCI) in the coming weeks - the criteria for which is wide-ranging. “The criteria for this is on a sporting basis but it also comes from existing knowledge we have from the biological passport,” added UCI chief McQuaid. “We don’t have 50 suspicious riders - we have some suspicious riders, but that group is composed of all the main players, potential stage winners or contenders for the overall.”

Where's the list of 5 or so guys to be trialed?
If it hasn't been released yet that means only one thing: They haven't been able to contact all of them to inform them first, yet.

That would include Mark Cavendish, but not Wiggins or Millar then. |

Yeah, if riders like Cav, Evans, and so on came up, all of us should be embarassed, but I really doubt that Cav will appear. He looks a serious rider. |

According to dutch commentator Maarten Ducrot, there is no Evans or Contador on the list, he said the list is leaked to him, but refuses to give any info other than that |

Duuh. It'll be middle-of-the-pack riders only, I'm guessing. No stars.

He refused to answer wether there were no Dutch riders on the list though. I expect Van Hummel, Hoogerland or Westra to fall |

Because the list is so big loads of riders will surely go under the radar as far as the media is concerned
I fully expect Nicholas Roche to be on the list.
