ah ok no i will never use it for mountain or hill or something else only for the fitness.
you´re absolut right it is cheating to send your rider into a training camp to improve his mountain stats it´s boring
maybe i will post the prolog of Paris - Nice today.
we will see this if you want then i will try it |

This will be the route this year:
And this is our team for the tour:
Stage 1 : Prolog Amilly - Amilly
The first rider in Paris - Nice 2009 is Alejandro Valverde. His time is ok but not really good.(+8)
I only take a screenshot of Gesink for you Alexxbut i have to say poor time for Gesink(+15)
Markus Fothen, really good time for him (+3)
Roesems was fantastic today currently he is the new leader in this prolog.
then came Millar and i thought he is the favorite for the stage win but he can´t confirm me(+5) however good time for David.
the next David this time it´s David Zabriskie with a ver ybad time for his conditions.(+10)
and this is the comeback-man Lance Armstrong it was unbelievable to see him today fantastic time for him he is the new leader for the moment he beats Roesems by 1 second!
Nibali with a good time only 4 seconds behind Lance.
this is the Tour winner Carlos Sastre with an average time he lost a lot today.(+12)
then Dekker came and it seems to be that he can beat Lance....NO!!!they have the same time and Lance is still leading !Dekker is led on second position.
and here is the last rider for today!
here is Alberto Contador he didn´t show all his strength today but it ´s ok(+7)
and that means Lance is the winner!!!
unbelievable the old man Lance is today´s winner and he will ride in the yellow jersey tomorrow!!And Roesems is third!

Let me count, you have used training camp for fitness, increasing rider´s fitness, I guess, about 20 points per rider. Am I right? That is positive. The negative thing is that fatigue of your riders increased a little too, due to lack of any races in February you have no races points and at last but not least sponsors aren´t probably happy without any wins in February. So from my point of view, using training camp during season is counteproductive. Good Luck in P-N anyway, hope your riders will see in top places overall |

Paris - Nice
Stage 5 : Montelimar - Mont Serein (Ventoux)
The breakaway
the first one who is attacking on the last mountain is Carlos Sastre this is an amazing attack.
moments later Lance and Alberto try to follow Sastre but i said it already Sastre´s attack was very strong.
only 3 km to go and this is the leading group there are great names like Sastre,Contador,Armstrong,Chavanel and Frank Schleck. But Lance and Alberto attack once again and they get a big gap.
1km to go they are still in front ,it was an fantastic attack. But there´s one thing left who will win this stage Lance or Alberto. Both of them decided to sprint for it and the winner is.....
Lance Armstrong in front of Alberto Contador, the decision was very close. Now who will be the last one on the podium?
this is the sprint for the third place and Sylvain Chavanel takes the third place.
What a great stage for us we attacked at the right moment!Lance get a lot of seconds back today. Now Contador will help Lance to get the leader jersey back.
