Amgen Tour of California Stage 2
The profile to day looks like it going to be a massspring but some hills and small mountains make it little bit uncertain if the sprinters are fit when the sprints starts.
The break today is ;Guesdon,Stroetinga,Poulhies,Hatanaka,Ivanon,Euser,Nybö and after some km also Ljungqvist, Canada and Wilson got in that break thats a break with 10 riders.
After some hills a lot of the riders infront were tired and a group with Guesdon, Poulhies,Ivanon, Ljungqvist, Canada and wilson were created.
Then the break was caught , when the peleton took up a high pace a lot of the sprinters was left behind even Farrar, so before the sprint Zabriskie and Vandevelde had good positions.
But there were some sprinters left and one was Bennati who won this stage with a little margin infont of Van Avermaet and 3rd was Freire.
