Probably won't be able to afford the riders you have that are of interest to me, but if a glitch in the system comes up I'd love to contribute to Pogi's supremacy fund.

I guess it's the thought that counts

We are happy to be able to announce our first new signing. There were local riders that have slipped through the cracks in previous years and we always felt a bit of regret in seeing their careers fall off. We weren't allowing that here.
With that said we welcome:
Matic Zumer | Age: 28 | Lvl: 4.46 | Wage: 50k | FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CO | SP | AC | FT | DH | PR | | 69 | 73 | 71 | 69 | 56 | 71 | 76 | 63 | 56 | 65 | 77 | 74 | 83 | 57 |
Zumer: I'm super happy to get another chance after my previous team disbanded. I still have things to learn and I know I'm on a team that has high ambitions. I hope to help the team in a lot of different races. I also get to spend more time at home which is a nice bonus!

What goes up, must come down. He's a fairly big guy also

Our 2nd signing of the transfer season also comes from free agency and again from the recently disbanded Team Popo4Ever p/b Morshynska. It's another regional based signing, but it also give us some long term security given the rider's age and ability.
With that said we welcome:
Martin Papanov | Age: 26 | Lvl: 4.100 | Wage: 100k | FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CO | SP | AC | FT | DH | PR | | 68 | 76 | 75 | 73 | 73 | 73 | 73 | 76 | 54 | 65 | 67 | 68 | 66 | 77 |
Papanov: I'm really happy with where I ended up and how quickly I was able to land here. There is a big GC focus on stage races here and that's my forte. I look forward to riding alongside Pogacar and Geoghegan Hart.

As part of a rider swap we say goodbye to Daniel Hoelgaard and a fee of 250k. From Tafjord Kraft we acquired a rider that we've had on our rader for many years.
Pascal Ackermann | Age: 31 | Lvl: 4.100 | Wage: 230k | FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CO | SP | AC | FT | DH | PR | | 72 | 65 | 71 | 77 | 61 | 75 | 71 | 79 | 61 | 77 | 80 | 66 | 63 | 68 |
Ackermann: I'm excited to be back in the Pro Tour. I've spoken with Bostjan Mervar and the other people running the team. They have big ambitions and they see me as an important piece of that puzzle.

Ackermann is a very fun name and can be interesting to plan. I'm sure you'll get the best out of him!

Before changing focus to fully greek based I had big big plans with Ackermann. Too bad he never got to follow through and become the next Demare. But he's still a very cool rider, and for somewhat obvious reasons I will be looking intensely at how he performs in this game version

Another solid FA. Ackermann is always a good option for PT depth sprinting. That hill and backups will surely help!

Definitely more of a niche rider so hopefully my plan for him works out

Hopefully he performs at least well enough.

I'm banking on utilizing that stat mixture to it's fullest in a few races.

To give us a few more options in the hills and to compete in breakaways we were in search of a puncheur in the free agent market. We think this signing gives us a good chance to replace some of last year's scoring we got from the recently departed Daniel Hoelgaard.
With that said we welcome:
Bachirou Nikiema | Age: 28 | Lvl: 4.100 | Wage: 80k | FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CO | SP | AC | FT | DH | PR | | 69 | 70 | 74 | 77 | 62 | 72 | 74 | 72 | 65 | 70 | 76 | 74 | 71 | 63 |
Nikiema: I've been told I'll have a good amount of freedom in many races and I'm looking forward to racing in some the biggest ones against the best riders in the world.

This will prove to be a bit of a theme with our transfer business this year, but this is another deal involving rider swaps. After signing him as a free agent last year, young Riley Sheehan departs to join Tryg-Eni.
In his place we welcome:
Michal Schlegel | Age: 30 | Lvl: 4.100 | Wage: 200k | FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CO | SP | AC | FT | DH | PR | | 69 | 79 | 78 | 77 | 65 | 71 | 74 | 76 | 55 | 64 | 75 | 73 | 66 | 64 |
Schlegel: I'm here to lead the team in some of the mountain stage races and after talking to management I may get a chance in some hilly races as well.

Will be interesting to see the transition from TGH to Schlegel in terms of the second climber. They're very different riders, so will be interesting to see how the planning changes to accommodate it!

This was likely the highest profile transfer deal we made this season and it wasn't an easy decision to make. But after some side talks with Polar they expressed a keen interest and we were able to hash out a deal. After two successful seasons here we see Tao Geoghegan Hart leaving the team with an additional fee of 100k.
In his place we welcome:
Jasper Philipsen | Age: 27 | Lvl: 4.100 | Wage: 340k | FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CO | SP | AC | FT | DH | PR | | 74 | 58 | 64 | 69 | 67 | 74 | 70 | 80 | 73 | 81 | 80 | 63 | 62 | 67 |
Philipsen: This a big move for me, but I'm still at a Pro Tour team and I'll have a big role to fill. We have already started planning the season and looking at how to come away with the most stage wins possible. I also already have some friends here like Tadej. I'm not sure how much we'll race together, but I'm looking forward to more training rides at least.

Pretty amazing swap I would say. Tao was also a top rider ofcourse, but I think Philipsen will give a very nice dimension on top of your already great team.

With the inevitable training coming in here as well I think this is a fantastic team to start pushing for a title charge.

It won't be ideal, but I did think it was a possibility that TGH leaves. Some decisions regarding planning were made way ahead of time, but I can't say I planned for someone like Schlegel to come in.

I think Tao is a bit of a safer bet in terms of scoring, but Philipsen while having a lower floor also has a higher ceiling. Philipsen also fills the role of a #1 sprinter which we didn't have before and is a few years younger. All of that combined made me comfortable enough to pull the trigger on the deal.

I think the title is still far away, but I hope we can get a top 10 finish and not worry about relegation.
Ackermann was someone I targeted specifically so I was happy to get him as things rarely pan out as you plan them.
The other two were more surprising additions, but I was looking to add a sprinter one way or another. I could have also kept Zabel, but I'm very happy in the end with Philipsen
