I didn't found a team list, but I think, you haven't add a Katyusha Continental team. It would be great to add another Russian team to DB |

The team I pick is Team AIS and one of the team goals is to win the Tour of Wellington, but this is on at the same time as the TDU and because they've only got 8 riders, you can onl chose one event, i'd rather they get a wild card for the TDU and change the Team goal to something else

The HED front TT wheel HED 3 that some of the top riders use. The one with just the three spokes. |

All the new equipment in V2 was great, but removing the tactical decision of which to choose by naking them all equal stats removes a key management decision. I think a stronger emphasis on whether to go with flat, mountain all round set ups would be an excellent inclusion in the next DB IMHO. |

I'm sorry, Etherman, but the tactical decisions, as you call it, are solely psychologically. The effect of the equipment is, in fact, very, very limited, and you won't see any difference in your riders' performance whether you choose Pinarello or Cervelo or whatever - even if a Pinarello frame had 1 in all stats, and the Cervelo one had 99.
You're right, though, that it could be me made to give some enjoyment for the players, but we figured that it would be too much work for nothing. |

Yeah I'm sure it would be alot of work but if the equipment stats could have a real impact on the riders performance it would give alot more tactical depth to the gameplay and also make tough calls on what to spend your money on if the costs were added back in. Even though I kind of knew it made no difference I liked toying with getting the right set up for the stage, if it had a real effect it would be excellent. |

A expansion in the Youth Race section will be a nice idea for V3.

Yeah, but that's a job for Cyanide - unfortunately not something that we can do anything about.
About the costs, it's also a bit difficult with PCM08. As you may have noticed, you can only choose some of the equipment in the equipment buying screen. If we added the costs, some of the equipment would be unselectable as you wouldn't be able to buy it.
As it is now, all the equipment is bought and can therefore be selected from the pre-race equipment selection screen.
Hopefully, Cyanide will put some work into this for PCM09, and I'm confident that they will. |

I understand this point of view, etherman.
As the one doing the equipment - I've tended to set it up for my personal preference. And for me, once I found out the stats made very little difference, that was it. I didn't want to waste time in the set up choosing equipment and I didn't want to spend time thinking which should have the higher stats - the Prince, the Madone or SuperSix. I tend to just pick one set up anyway- eg if I'm Caisse I'll choose Pinarello with Bora Ultra wheels and then leave it at that.
What I'd say though is - the stats themselves are very easy to edit - as it is. Based on memory, just open up the db in the Advanced editor and change the first 3 stats numbers according to your preference. Then, make sure the next three numbers all are one lower. For eg for max stats - 14,14,14,13,13,13. For an average set up 8.9.7.7.8.6. |

In terms of release date, we're going for some point in April. It may be earlier, it may be later.

The stats are being updated all the time, so yes, stats are changed in the V3.
Decline ages have been redone. |

Hey just wondering if anymore 2009 races being added like the paris nice etc. Was the milan san remo changed in the V2 because it seemed different when i played it and the group broke up loads on the climb which was realistic also are stats been changed like colom's because he is alot better than a 76 just look what he did last year in the giro and he didnt perform badly at all in the paris nice |

Actually, the Milano - Sanremo is a bug. The one is a future version of the race, not the one that was used last year. In the V3, it will use the stage profile that was used last year. However, this year's and last year's maps are quite the same, I've been told.
If a 2009 MSR comes along, we'll use it. And that pretty much counts for all races. We use the 2009 race routes that have been made. |

Isn't MSR almost the same as last year?
