What a win from Seibeb! That is exactly why we brought him onboard. Good race for Schlegel as well, although I am slightly disappointed to not crack the Top 10. He really struggles on that MTT and, for some unknown reason, carries that form into the final day. Thanks for the reports!
Jesus Christ. Arifin rode so well all race to lose the polka dots on the last climb. Gutted. He’s been a great little pocket rocket up the mountains in breaks this year though, long may it continue for our first ever Indonesia talent.
Tenorio with an anonymous GC, which is what we would expect. A great result in the TTT keeping him afloat, but never really threatening to do a whole lot. He definitely earned his wage here keeping the points trickling in.
Unbelievable that Oomen has managed to finish 2nd here yet again, has to be some kind of record? Congrats to Adler on the win, Reis has probably had his best season to date. Thank you very much for the lovely reports!
Disapointing race in the end. After cracking in stage 1, Rodrigues seemed never to care or be able to try and climb in the GC, especially having brought very decent support. Could have used that to upset Benetton in this last stage, but it seemed the GC battle went mute there. Happy to see Reis take it though, having farmed him from the very start of his career. A rare one I think. Congrats Kaiser.
