We have started getting into the groove of the transfer window, and would like to present the next set of signings, including our first leader acquisition for the season.
Damien Howson | Time Triallist
Age: 32 | Wage: 140,000 | Fee: 700,000 Our first big signing of the season is also our best ever Time Trialist! Howson joins us from our friends at Cedevita after a very successful season. He will no doubt lead the line for us in all TT heavy races.
Stats OVL | FLA | MON | HIL | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DHI | PRL | 75.28 | 71 | 59 | 65 | 80 | 73 | 74 | 72 | 58 | 64 | 68 | 72 | 63 | 80 |
Jonel Carcueva | Hybrid Climber
Age: 29 | Wage: 110,000 | Fee: Part of rider swap We dipped our hands into the local market, and thanks for the bargaining power provided by one of our former riders, was able to secure the services of Filipino Carcueva for the upcoming season in a rider plus cash deal. He will add much needed muscle to our climbing department.
Stats OVL | FLA | MON | HIL | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DHI | PRL | 75.48 | 69 | 77 | 76 | 64 | 72 | 72 | 73 | 60 | 64 | 73 | 75 | 69 | 65 |
Kristjan Hocevar | Talent
Age: 25 | Wage: 25,000 | Loaned-In Our first, and perhaps only, loan signing of the season, also joins us from Cedevita in the form of young climber Hocevar. He too, will add depth to our climbing squad.
Stats OVL | FLA | MON | HIL | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DHI | PRL | 73.4 | 67 | 75 | 74 | 62 | 67 | 67 | 68 | 54 | 66 | 75 | 72 | 70 | 63 |
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
@knockout: It definitely is!
@jandal: We hope he can do some cool things for us in the future! Always have put up possibilities for every talent we sign

Last Maxed season for Howson. I'm sure he will do as great as he always does! Good mountain support coming from Carcueva and Hocevar too! Nice work

I see some riders I know
Some good additions and I'm sure you have a proper plan on how to make use of them. Take good care of Hocevar for me

Love to see the growing Indian contingent!
Three other really great gets with Howson who should be a strong points scorer, Carcueva as a very solid domestique and indeed one of the best loan signings in Hocevar.

The transfer window is past it's halfway and we're still catching up with all the action that has gone down in the past couple of days. The team management is very excited to announce the next signing though.
Ronaldo Laitonjam Singh | Talent | Level: 1.00
Age: 22 | Wage: 110,000 Make that 2 for 2! But this one was not easy to get!!
We went into transfers with only one talent signing that we absolutely wanted to make, and Ronaldo was the one. However, for the first time ever, we faced competition in signing a rider from India - definitely taken as a positive sign in terms of quality of rider. Eventually, we were able to secure his services from FA with a competitive offer. We do believe he should turn out to be the best rider from the country yet!
Stats OVL | FLA | MON | HIL | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DHI | PRL | 67.17 | 67 | 61 | 63 | 61 | 66 | 72 | 59 | 60 | 69 | 70 | 58 | 67 | 67 | Sprinter | 74 | 62 | 66 | 61 | 73 | 75 | 74 | 65 | 78 | 78 | 58 | 68 | 67 | Track Sprint | 74 | 61 | 66 | 62 | 69 | 79 | 71 | 60 | 78 | 78 | 58 | 68 | 75 |
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
@LLS: Hope you love another one even more then All three were high on our list of targets for the season, and we're happy to have secured their services!
@jandal: We'll see if the deals were indeed great once the season gets underway. Hoping the finished product tastes good

The others are of course free to surprise us sooner, but Ronaldo seems to be the guy who should win the first ever GT stage for India. But for the time being I assume you'll be happy with just the first win in general

Some nice signings so far and good to see you actually got the Indian talents! Singh obviously will be the first real star from his country, though he actually has to compete against a bunch of other talented sprinters from this years class.
Also a nice new jersey, though I'm not a big fan of a black-white-orange colour scheme

The is 'The Great' update! Two Alexanders, none of them spelled like the OG Macedonian, join us on deals in the latest action from the transfer window.
Alexandor Cataford | Time Trialist
Age: 31 | Wage: 175,000 | Fee: 250k + Rider swap Cataford is a rider we've had our eyes on for multiple seasons. So, when we finally got the chance to sign him, we jumped at the opportunity! We will join Howson in leading our time-trialing for the season, an area we have significantly improved on this time.
Stats OVL | FLA | MON | HIL | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DHI | PRL | 76.38 | 74 | 72 | 70 | 79 | 75 | 75 | 73 | 67 | 60 | 69 | 67 | 71 | 79 |
Alexandr Kulikovskiy | Sprinter
Age: 27 | Wage: 115,000 | Fee: 300k + Rider swap Back in the year 2020, the (then) Philips management decided to bid on a young sprinter to become their Stagiare. They were were unable to land the rider, signing off from the bidding at 25k, while the rider would eventually go on to become the most expensive Stagiare in the history of the Man-Game at 49k. That rider was Kulikovshiy, and after four long years, we have managed to sign him from the team that won the Stagiare bidding war all that time ago! He will be our lead sprinter for the season, and we hope he can pull off some surprise results.
Stats OVL | FLA | MON | HIL | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DHI | PRL | 75.17 | 73 | 64 | 71 | 64 | 70 | 73 | 78 | 61 | 78 | 79 | 65 | 67 | 66 |
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
@kandesbunzler: Very happy too be able to sign both the Indian talents from this season and double our tally of them in the team. We hope Ronaldo can develop into type of sprinter that his stats indicate!

Cataford is yet another strong addition to you newly assembled TT squad. Getting Kulikovskiy back is a nice story, and he should be able to net you his salary back in points surely as well.

@Nemolito: Always have been a fan of Cataford and hope he can contribute positively. Was too good of a deal to not go for. Let's see if Kulikovskiy was indeed worth all that effort all those years back

The transfer post that we've been looking forward to make for some time, possibly even a few years now!
Daan Olivier | Stage Racer
Age: 32 | Wage: 530,000 | Fee: 950k + rider swap We have finally found ourselves a Dutch stage racing leader, albeit a whole season after not remaining a primary Dutch team anymore! Olivier joins us from completely Dutch team Fastned, to spearhead our stage racing and climbing for the 2024 season. He had an excellent season last year and we hope he can repeat the same with us this time.
Stats OVL | FLA | MON | HIL | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DHI | PRL | 78.74 | 72 | 81 | 76 | 69 | 76 | 80 | 77 | 59 | 64 | 71 | 70 | 71 | 69 |
