Carapaz is a great signing, will be interesting to follow the CT stage racers battle it out this season with him, Jorgenson and Bennett all in the fight.

I'd think Saber is more of a cobbler here with the presence of Minali and Altanzul. Sirironnachai gives an option for the hills, but the real quality is in the mountains. Carapaz and Borisaljevic should be a very strong duo
Some very good signings, could be a promotion contender right from the bat
I'm sure my ex-riders Carapaz and Altanzul can deliver you a good string of results, added with proven quality like Sirironnachai, Minali and Borisavljevic.

With the draft we added our last 2 pieces. Schachmann shall support the team when it comes to hilly terrain and maybe grab a few points himself also. Bremanis we hired as an option for cobbled races since we didnt have a lot there. We hope with both we can add a few points more to our total score in the end.

I hope the same! What I have seen in CT so far I think Carapaz has a fair shot of scoring quite some points but we need luck also. But i dont regret a single $$$ we spent on him.

Definitely, but what I have seen at the division it will be probably very hard . Really thankful we could hire Borisaljevic this year in this way and he gives a lot more strength to our team.

Yes, the La Lavandiers together was best for us. I hope the presence of the twin will increase their power! Definitely very valuable riders for us.

Thanks! We tried our best to get a good mixture of regional focus and also riders who can score. There isnt a lot top notch talent in the region but hopefully this will change the next years with us!

Hope is all that is left now But seeing all the positive feedback to the leaders I have hopes. And also I have created this to do something long term, means we can only learn from this season no matter what happens.

I have hear there were issues with sprinting before but I just hope Minali will have a great year with us. Compared to whats going on in CT he looks quite strong.
The transfer phase itself didnt look too hard to us, maybe we could aquire our regional weird talent quite easily
I think you gathered all you could for your regional focus, great work Though it might not be the top notch riders but there is some room for growth!
Carapaz on the other hand looks impressive and I hope he will deliver greatly for you and with the addition of Borisavljevic also you might have a fair shot at the GC of some stage races.
Will be interesting to see what Sirironnachai can do and hopefully for you Minali will do better than for me last year

Interested to see how Minali does as he attributes suggest he should be more useful than he’s historically shown. Let’s see how PCM treats him.
Overall, really well done building the team with a mix of regional focus and solid leadership. It’s always tough to build from ground zero, especially with a relatively limited free agent pool this off-season, but well done and looking forward to see how you plan your roster!

Definitely agree for Bartl and I am in general surprised how cheap I got some riders. For Schachmann I hope he will be able to score a bit but I am not sure. But like you said too, he was free so there isnt much of a risk.
