Been driving since January 2000 (I'm almost as old as a grand-pa to most of you  ).
I learnt and had my driving licence exam on Peugeot 206.
First year I drove with my parents, an old R21, it's a bit like driving a Panzer, long, wide and heavy...
Then I drove a Clio (2nd model) during two years (gasoline one) and now I'm driving another Clio (still the 2nd model) but with a diesel engine.
There could be good opportunities to change it for cheap thanks to the current economical crisis, early next year. |

Ha! I have you beaten! Passed my driving test in 1990 in a 1985 Mini Ritz. Drove that into the ground before getting a Ford Mondeo in 1998. That died 3 years ago after a white van drove into it in a car park and bent the chassis! I now drive a Ford Focus (very boring I know!).
My favourite car though was a 1984 Pontiac Transam, which I bought in 2004, and kept until 2006 (fuel prices got too high to keep it). 5 litre V8 engine....cool!
