The winner on the right picture is Sascha Wolsiefer (not attached here), the left picture (the one I attached here) shows indeed Dominik Eberle in the middle (as the winner of the race mentioned in the article...)
But the picture is from 2002... when Dominik was a U15 cycler... 
Anyways... he is definitely the guy in the yellow jersey on this picture.
