Now that I've seen the profiles for the mountain stages, none of them are as hard as the queen stages of most years, and nowhere near the ones of the early 90s that I was referring to previously. |

Which is perfect for time trial specialist by the way. Go Dekker! |

I think that Tour is mmm....
The stage to Tarbes , looks to me like "We have to somehow build in the Col de Tourmalet"
If I would be a "stage" maker , I would make that stage flat and the next day I would go to the Central Massif and then to the Alps , so that the riders shouldn´t have to ride with the TGV to Paris a whole day |

To be honest i can see a good descender / climber e.g samual sanchez g doing extremely well if he is in good shape. As this year he is not focusing on the olympics. I reckon he could get a top 3/5. Especially with there being to descents into the finish after big mountains!! |

That's highly unlikely, I think. After the descents, there's usually very long flat parts where he'll be catched by the peloton |

Only 3 finishes uphill, last year there where 5. I'm happy there's no timetrail on the day before Paris, but I must say i'm a bit disapointed. |

I'm also a bit skeptic about the route. The prologue in Monaco, the return of the TTT and a mountain finish on the last Saturday all look interesting, but the rest of the route is a bit disappointing. Especially the 2nd and 3rd stage in the Pyrenees. |

I reckon that the stage to Bourg Saint Maurice looks perfect for armstrong to stach a stage victory if the tour is going badly. |

Evans: "One word sums up the Tour route for me, 'interesting.' It's really going to draw out the general classification riders pretty early on so I'm going to have to be very attentive throughout the race. Just like this year, though, it could come down to the wire on Ventoux. It's going to be a very tiring race."
Evans was quick to place the tag of favourites and pressure onto his rivals at Team Astana
Exactly what isso said, basically |

Marked..
I'm also disappointed of the mountain stages, why do they put all the H.C in the middle of the stages and not on the end? |

Uh, maybe I'm missing something here, but I've never made other jokes about Mads Kaggestad nor have I seen any on this forum. Why did everyone get so pissed off? Has an other guy used it?
